I want to thank Aaron McNeeley for all his help in finding my new home. He went far above and beyond and had a nearly insurmountable task. I needed to find a home within 24 hrs. and be able to close within 2 weeks. He spent more than 12 hours with me on a marathon house hunting excursion, seeing more than 20 properties and driving more than a hundred miles. His suggestions and familiarity with the local market made all the difference. He was even able to point out a foundation issue that had not been disclosed on one of the properties we visited. I know for a fact that I would not have been successful without his assistance. In the past 20 years I have bought 4 different homes in 3 different states, and Aaron was by far the most helpful individual I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I know that any future purchases I may make in the Austin area will involve this amazing individual.

Recently we bought a home in Kyle and retained Aaron McNeeley as our realtor. He was recommended to us from our daughter and son in law as they had just worked with him to buy their own home. We could not be happier with the assistance and guidance Aaron provided us and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Aaron intimately knows all of the neighborhoods and builders in this area. There was not a question he did not know the answer to. He was also a HUGE help when deciding the right amount to offer. We offered what he suggested and our offer was accepted. He made the process, which is scary and intimidating, positive, fun and comfortable. His only concern was that we find the right home for us. Period. Literally, Aaron became like a member of the family. After a day of house hunting we sat around and had pizza while discussing the various homes. In conclusion, if you’re looking to buy in the greater Austin area you want to be working with Aaron.

Camila was amazing! She got my house in the country sold about a month after it was listed. AND, at a great price. She was there for me every step of the way. Always kept me briefed on what was happening & always responded quickly to any of my texts or calls. SHE HAD MY BACK throughout the whole process. I highly recommend her when you need a realtor. In fact the whole team at Watters were great. They were always there for me.

I had the pleasure of having Mandy Martinez as my realtor. Her experience in real estate and patient demeanor has been nothing but amazing. As a nurse with an incredibly demanding schedule, I needed a realtor who could make the home-buying process smooth and stress-free. She was always open to answering any questions I had with a quick response time. She made sure I was knowledgeable about every aspect of the home I was interested in. She truly made this home-buying experience a breeze. I would definitely recommend her to others and use her again as my realtor if the opportunity presents itself again.

I used Watters as a selling agent in San Antonio. Despite the promises, the hype and paying them a premium commission (more than the usual 6%) to sell my house, they actual did nothing... other than list my house on the MLS. No other advertising, marketing or promotion was conducted... despite the promises and the increased commission fee they said they were worth. I ended up promoting my property through online ads, social media posts, Facebook marketplace, and Facebook targeted groups. Don't believe them when they tell you they do extra marketing because they do not. And the communication with the agent was horrible. I would call Kia the agent and every time go to her voice mail. She would only return calls if I was on the 2nd or 3rd day and 3rd or 4th message. I started calling the office and telling them the number of messages left and number of days I was waiting for a return call. When the house finally closed, I didn't hear a thank you or anything from anyone at Watters despite paying them a premium commission. Save yourself time and money and use a local Realtor who will actually market your home and actually call you back in a timely manner. Do not... do not pay these people extra because of promises that will never be kept or fulfilled.

Our experience with Shelly was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly helpful and always open to answering all of our questions, no matter how big or small. What truly stood out was her proactive approach to negotiating on our behalf with the seller. She genuinely had our best interests at heart, and her expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
