This company continues to remove reviews highlighting the character and morality of their employees. This is dishonest. Ask yourself, “will my realtor display character and honesty?”

I have the privilege to work with Allie Martinez on selling my home . From start to finish she was superb . Everything from staging the house till closing was excellent . She always communicated with me on a daily basis and let me know what’s going on which I think is very important something my other realtor was lacking and I appreciate it very much so . We met Meredith Orf at an open house last year. We had to put our search on hold, but when we resumed, we got in touch with her because we liked her easygoing style. She helped us find what we were looking for, gave us advice and kept us informed every step of the way about what needed to be done. We’d gladly work with her again.

I was going to sell my property using this co. and using Rachel Van Doveren, as my sales person as she spent lots of time trying to convince me she was different than a lot of the incompetent, dishonest and lazy people I have encountered through the years in this business. I thought finally I had a good one although she doesn’t have a clue as how to price a property and like most others wants you to sell low so they can get that quick commission and move on.

So, as usual they want lots of money for very little work. They also want you to give them leads etc. etc. etc. money ,money , money it never ends! Anyway, she was either too lazy or too incompetent to proofread her own contract .

After we got all the kinks ironed out I was looking it over preparing to sign and the very first thing I saw stuck out like a sore thumb….. there are 2 houses 2 storage, and a well house on the property that I am selling and she only had one house listed on the contract.

That right there is a huge problem in my opinion. She won’t even apologize or give a reason. Apparently it’s no big deal to her. All she is worried about is that huge commission….. which she will never see! Way too many people in this industry who have no buisness being in it in my opinion.

Wow! In reference to your reply what a crock! Rachel not only discussed this I don’t know how many times but also went to the property twice. Including Sunday morning when she sent me a video clearly detailing both homes.

It is also clear on the tax roll that there are 2 homes +on the property. When I told her I found a mistake on the contract she acted like it was a common thing and didn’t even want to look. She asked me to tell her what’s wrong. Looks like you’re trying to be the bully now fellow. I will not tolerate dishonesty and bullying in any form or from anyone and you might have over 1000 good reviews but you have plenty of bad ones too! . Next time why don’t both of you accept responsibility for your mistakes instead of trying to act like it’s not. Of course I don’t know why I would expect y’all to do that. If you want to see the video she sent me yesterday detailing BOTH HOMES give me your email and I’ll send it to you.

I want to thank Aaron McNeeley for all his help in finding my new home. He went far above and beyond and had a nearly insurmountable task. I needed to find a home within 24 hrs. and be able to close within 2 weeks. He spent more than 12 hours with me on a marathon house hunting excursion, seeing more than 20 properties and driving more than a hundred miles. His suggestions and familiarity with the local market made all the difference. He was even able to point out a foundation issue that had not been disclosed on one of the properties we visited. As a nurse with an incredibly demanding schedule, I needed a realtor who could make the home-buying process smooth and stress-free. She was always open to answering any questions I had with a quick response time. She made sure I was knowledgeable about every aspect of the home I was interested in. She truly made this home-buying experience a breeze. I would definitely recommend her to others and use her again as my realtor if the opportunity presents itself again.

I used Watters as a selling agent in San Antonio. Despite the promises, the hype and paying them a premium commission (more than the usual 6%) to sell my house, they actual did nothing… other than list my house on the MLS. No other advertising, marketing or promotion was conducted… despite the promises and the increased commission fee they said they were worth. I ended up promoting my property through online ads, social media posts, Facebook marketplace, and Facebook targeted groups. Don’t believe them when they tell you they do extra marketing because they do not. And the communication with the agent was horrible. I would call Kia the agent and every time go to her voice mail. She would only return calls if I was on the 2nd or 3rd day and 3rd or 4th message. I started calling the office and telling them the number of messages left and number of days I was waiting for a return call. When the house finally closed, I didn’t hear a thank you or anything from anyone at Watters despite paying them a premium commission. Save yourself time and money and use a local Realtor who will actually market your home and actually call you back in a timely manner. Do not… do not pay these people extra because of promises that will never be kept or fulfilled.

What truly stood out was her proactive approach to negotiating on our behalf with the seller. She genuinely had our best interests at heart, and her expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
