⸻ I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mark Correa, a highly professional dermatologist with a kind and compassionate approach. I felt heard and well-guided throughout my visit. He is very knowledgeable. His assistant, Dayane, was extremely friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. I also want to highlight the front desk staff, Candis and Samantha, who welcomed me with a smile and handled everything with professionalism and warmth. The entire team works with great coordination and care, which truly makes a difference. Highly recommended!

I met with Dr Sharp and her amazing assistant. They both were knowledgeable, kind, caring and helpful. I do not have insurance and was uncertain of what to except. They are affordable but more importantly they CARE. Highly recommended

Dr Correa was so kind and thoughtful during the examination. He explained firmly but being kind the implications of my treatment and share good details and expectations. The staff was also friendly and responsive.

I really loved my experience today. My doctor was Dr sharp, a very kind, and excellent doctor. She cared about my concerns, she answered every question I had with honesty and talked me through how and what I need to do to clear up my skin. I would recommend this doctor to anybody who's willing to see a dermatologist.

My semi-annual check for skin cancer with Dr. Sharp: As always, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. After years of unprotected sun exposure, I have a history of multiple basal cell carcinomas. I am thankful for Dr. Sharp’s thorough exams, as well as the way she carefully "quizzes" me about any skin changes.

I had a positive experience at Southwest Dermatology & Vein. This was my second visit with Dr. Sharp for a full-body check. The office is run very efficiently, with extensive electronic communications, and my wait-time was minimal. Everybody there, from the lady at reception to the physician and her assistant, was friendly and helpful. Dr. Sharp's examination was thorough yet swift and accompanied by clear explanations.

I have been coming here for 20 years. I am single and I have no family support to speak of. I'm in my 60s and I work a full-time job and a part-time job, i make over 50k a year. When I arrived at the counter to pay for my appointment I was expecting a $40 copayment. When I got to the counter the girl told me it was going to be a hundred with my insurance because they are considered a specialist. I asked if I could make 2 50$ payments, as this was my last $100 till I get paid. She refused to let me make two payments told me she couldn't split it up. I asked her several more times before giving up. I've come here several times without insurance and I've made a few payments on the total due with no problems in the past. What disturbed me is that the young girl at the counter had no intention of trying to help me out she didn't get up and go ask her supervisor, she had no sympathy for me whatsoever that she was taking my last $100. She spent no time looking back at my records to see what my past history was it was nothing to her. She clearly could care less. I left crying an upset about the way i was treated. When it comes to this type of treatment I have a choice. A choice to go somewhere else. Believe me i will but I ask "what is wrong with fing people" ?
