I had been a patient of Dr Fox for over 40 years until his retirement. My new-to-me provider is Lindsay Reck PA-C and I couldn’t be more pleased with her. Personable, thorough, and doesn’t rush. The staff is also helpful, polite and patient which is somewhat unusual in a corporate managed structure.

Dr Roark administered my annual skin and body exam last week and found several areas to address. He explained all treatments and left me comfortable that all my concerns were addressed. He listened to concerns I had about a few areas and made recommendations and encouraged me to return if there was no improvement. I’m fortunate to have found Dr Roark years ago.

As far as the rest of the dermatology practice, several years ago, I was concerned about an area of my head. Dr. Rourke was on vacation, but another physician and the practice checked out the area and quickly referred me to an excellent surgeon to have that area addressed using Mohr’s Surgery.

Lindsay is the best. Her bed side manner is amazing and she really cares about your results. She is truly on your team with the sole goal figuring out the best plan of action for your individualized needs. With medicine feeling more and more like a crooked business, it’s a breath of fresh air to have Lindsay and her team on your side.

I have always been impressed with Dr. Schaefer’s obvious intelligence, his commitment to teaching, and his warmth in communicating with his patients. I have never felt rushed in his office. He is the best!

I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. Each time I went in, the doctor barely spent 2–3 minutes with me before trying to leave the room. He never remembered my previous visits or what he had treated before, so I constantly had to remind him. On more than one occasion, he even forgot to prescribe the necessary medication until I asked the assistant to double-check, and only then did he “remember.”

This lack of attention, follow-up, and basic professionalism is unacceptable in healthcare. Patients deserve a doctor who listens, remembers their medical history, and provides proper care—not someone who seems eager to rush them out the door.

If you value thorough, attentive medical treatment, I recommend finding another clinic.

He then asked to see me a few weeks later in case that doesn’t work, we can try medical approaches. They listen and respond with what the patient is looking for, strongly recommend.

This was the smoothest doctor’s experience I’ve had in a while. I did an online booking the night before (so thankful there was availability the next day due to my medical concern). The next morning I got a text to access their communication portal where I uploaded any required docs and signed any authorization forms easily. When I got to the office, there wasn’t any repeat requests! The office is lovely and staff was kind. The appointment was timely. Dr. Patel was friendly and asked questions before prescribing solutions.

Dr. Hans Sander is an outstanding physician!

Dr. Sander has been my dermatologist for over 30 years now & I’m so thankful for his knowledgeable care. From annual skin checks to sensitive skin issues, he has been one of the best doctors I’ve seen for 50+ years. I grew up with an uncle for our family physician; Dr. Sander provides that same ‘old school medical’ care.

Always the best experience with Dr. Hans Sander. Rose is very helpful she even got me scheduled when the next available appointment wasn’t until November. My only challenge has been with the call center since it used to be easier to get quick answers and schedule appointments.

Dr. Sander and Carly, his PA, listen and provide top-notch care. They don’t encourage cosmetic procedures or serums unless you ask. Good, solid skin care with only the frills you request. Great staff!

No rushing through my appointment. *Wi-Fi/data signal is awful at the office so if you have a list of concerns or questions on your phone, write them down or screenshot them.

Quick and easy skin check. No let’s cut off this and that unnecessary thing. No all to common fear based medicine. Just a great DO doctor. I will be sad when Dr Ladd is no longer practicing, because it feels he is one of a kind in a world of medical practices that are suggesting and giving too many unnecessary drugs and treatments. I am grateful for his wisdom as well. Should I ever need deeper care for my skin, I am sure he will have a reasonable answer.

The staff lacks compassion and didn’t seem interested in addressing my concerns with care or urgency when I was experiencing a reaction to a product that I was prescribed and paid double for, when I could’ve bought the same thing OTC, something that could have easily been mentioned or offered as an alternative. There was 1 employee that I talked to that was so nice and seemed like she actually cared, but then I was transferred to a nurse that made me feel like an Inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this office based on my experience, and I should’ve read the bad reviews before coming here.

I was cautiously optimistic about trying the radiation treatment for my basal cell carcinoma. I had MOHS surgery in the past and was very unhappy with the scar it left. I thought the staff and radiation technicians at Tru-Skin were wonderful. The office itself and easy parking was very pleasant. I 100% recommend this clinic.

Tried to reschedule by calling the number, literally started calling at 8:30 am. It’s 2 pm now and no one got back to me (every time i get the automated voice mail saying an arbitrary number in queue and that I’ll receive a call back, i only received voicemails saying to call the number again and it’s the same cycle all over). Then i got another voicemail saying that they will charge me $50 no-show fee! I kept on calling and decided to stay on hold and eventually someone answered me. They said they’ll note this info down but did not seem bothered that I was calling since 8 am, and hung up when i said I wanted to cancel and not re-schedule. Don’t go to this shop. Support small local clinics who care about their patients instead

I went in for a general skin checkup to ensure no skin cancer issues. Other friends told me their dermatologists took pictures and measurements of various skin markings on their bodies (moles, spots, etc.) and compared them from year to year to check for changes. This doctor was nice, but he spent all of about 2 minutes looking at my skin, 3 minutes answering a direct question I asked him, so maybe 5 minutes total, and I got a bill for $277. Do not recommend.

This was my first visit and I would rate it 5 star on pre appointment and post appointment guidance from the friendly staff. The office was easy to find and parking free and easy. Dr. Bryan Townsend is confident and easy to talk to and understand. You can tell he loves what he does and I felt important to him. There are a lot of Doctors in the world but only a few really good ones. Dr. Townsend is one of the really good ones.

Had an appointment with Dr. Townsend to determine the best procedure to handle a squamous growth on my arm. Not only did he asses the growth, he removed it without requiring a second appointment. He was very cordial and professional. This is the second time I have used him, and I have been very satisfied on both occasions.

I appreciate that Dr Bhatt was on time and very thorough. She works very quickly but also explains everything as she goes. My appointments are yearly check up – no follow up for anything chronic. The only issue is that even though I only see her once a year – she was booked solid for the time for my next annual. I will go 18 months instead of 12 for my next appointment.

I was able to get an appointment within a week, my phone call was immediately connected to their front desk staff, and I had less than 5 minutes in the waiting room before I was brought back to the exam room. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mark Correa, a highly professional dermatologist with a kind and compassionate approach. I felt heard and well-guided throughout my visit. He is very knowledgeable. His assistant, Dayane, was extremely friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and comfortable.

My semi-annual check for skin cancer with Dr. Sharp: As always, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. After years of unprotected sun exposure, I have a history of multiple basal cell carcinomas. I am thankful for Dr. Sharp’s thorough exams, as well as the way she carefully “quizzes” me about any skin changes.

I had a positive experience at Southwest Dermatology & Vein. This was my second visit with Dr. Sharp for a full-body check. The office is run very efficiently, with extensive electronic communications, and my wait-time was minimal. Everybody there, from the lady at reception to the physician and her assistant, was friendly and helpful. Dr. Sharp’s examination was thorough yet swift and accompanied by clear explanations.

I have been coming here for 20 years. I am single and I have no family support to speak of. I’m in my 60s and I work a full-time job and a part-time job, i make over 50k a year. When I arrived at the counter to pay for my appointment I was expecting a $40 copayment. When I got to the counter the girl told me it was going to be a hundred with my insurance because they are considered a specialist. I asked if I could make 2 50$ payments, as this was my last $100 till I get paid. She refused to let me make two payments told me she couldn’t split it up. I asked her several more times before giving up.
I’ve come here several times without insurance and I’ve made a few payments on the total due with no problems in the past.
What disturbed me is that the young girl at the counter had no intention of trying to help me out she didn’t get up and go ask her supervisor, she had no sympathy for me whatsoever that she was taking my last $100. She spent no time looking back at my records to see what my past history was it was nothing to her. She clearly could care less. I left crying an upset about the way i was treated.
When it comes to this type of treatment I have a choice. A choice to go somewhere else. Believe me i will but I ask “what is wrong with fing people” ?
