Wow ! Impressive . Hired Hawx on Friday and Tuesday Jose was out to service my home. I had requested a mid day appt and Jose let me know in plenty of time he’d be n the area earlier and if okay to come then . I was fine with that . He let me know when arrived and when he left . Super impressed with his the service and his thoughtfulness of keeping me in the loop. Our salesperson Greg was awesome too. ! Thank you Hawx for keeping the pests away ! Literally .

This is one of the worst services I’ve had the displeasure of paying for. The pest control technician broke my gate. Instead of letting me know about it, he just stacked the pieces of the gate against the exterior of the house. When I discovered this, I submitted a claim with photos to Hawx for a replacement. They never followed up, even after I called and emailed them again. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Good service, after moving disconnecting service was difficult. We didn't have any issues with Hawx for 3 years of service. The field technicians were always professional, very responsive and supportive. When we moved to another state, Hawx would not cancel our service. They billed us for an entire month when we did not live in the home. After 3 years of positive perception, they messed up. Even though I can use them in my new home, I will not due to this experience. Hawx has lost a customer.

I signed up with this company a few months ago, and one of the main promises their salesperson made was that they would cancel my existing pest control subscription for me. That was the deciding factor for me to switch over. Fast forward three to four months later, and that cancellation never happened. I’ve been paying for two pest control services—spending well over $100 a month—while still having bugs in my home. The lower rate they offered is fine, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that I’ve been misled and stuck paying double for ineffective results. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

Zero stars if I could. I regularly have companies come to my home for services, and I have video surveillance throughout my property. Without question, this has been the worst company I’ve ever done business with. After I filed a complaint, Manager Ed Kingsbury scheduled an appointment for Saturday, 9/13 between 8am–12pm. He never showed up—no call, no text, nothing. This seems to be the same way his staff operates. For example, on August 1st, a technician showed up before 8am (which is actually against state regulations in Texas), called and texted before 8am, and then—according to my video cameras—performed no actual work. Yet, somehow, I still received photos supposedly taken in my backyard. It’s easy to walk around, snap a few pictures, and leave without doing anything. Meanwhile, I’ve been paying for services that clearly haven’t been performed. As for management, I truly don’t understand how Ed is employed in this role. His lack of accountability sets the tone for the entire company. The customer service representatives I’ve spoken to seem to be doing their best, but they’re limited by poor leadership. Despite holding up my end of the contract, this company refuses to release me without charging a cancellation fee. Where was Ed on Saturday when he was supposed to be at my home? I wasted an entire morning waiting. On top of that, the mosquito treatments have been completely ineffective. I still cannot walk outside after 8pm without being bitten mosquitoes, and just three weeks ago I had to personally treat a fire ant nest in my yard. Last year I had no such issues —the only change was switching to this company. This operation feels like malpractice. They’ve broken state rules, misrepresented services, and charged me for work not performed. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursue further action if necessary. This company is a complete waste of time and money. Lazy management trickles down, and it shows. Avoid at all costs.

We had our first service with Hawx Pest Control today. Our technician was Bradley and he was very informative and quick. He texted me first thing this morning that he would be our technician & then sent another text when he was close to arriving. I love this because I can plan my day accordingly! Bradley gave us options, assured me that the interior treatment was animal friendly for our cat and explained what he would be doing. I really appreciate that they offer warranty calls after treatments. And you can’t beat the price!
