He was very nice, but I was on a work call so unable to really walk through house with him, etc. Arrived much earlier than expected which typically would be great, but I couldn’t step away. I’m hoping bugs are taken care of. Only constructive feedback would be to clean nests off the patios after knocking down. I had three patios that were a mess after he serviced the house. Mud nests everywhere.

We had a great experience with EcoShield Pest Solutions from start to finish. Andrew made the sign-up process incredibly easy. Andrew was informative, not pushy at all, and everything felt seamless. When it came time for service, Sebastian arrived right on time and was thorough with both the indoor and outdoor treatment. He quickly took care of our kitchen gnat problem and made sure to explain everything he did, answering all our questions with patience and professionalism. I’ll be recommending EcoShield to my family, friends, and even my favorite neighbors. Outstanding service all around!

We’ve had Ecoshield for several years now. It was an easy set up process. When they come out to service, they are always courteous, efficient, professional, and answer any questions or concerns we have. It was also easy to switch to our new location when having to move. Even calling for a touch up service was smooth. Recently this past weekend we saw a black widow in our backyard. I called this morning to see if that would be covered under the touch up and it was! I spoke with Kyla. She was very kind, informative, professional and was able to speak with a local office to schedule someone to come out this weekend to fix the issue.

Our technician, Justin, was truly A+! I often don’t take time to fill out surveys, but he is highly deserving. He exhibited such a personable and professional demeanor throughout my interactions with him today. He’s an outstanding individual and hope he’s my technician again for future pest control visits.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything was great at the beginning and the services provided were working. Then they started to slack and communication was horrible. I could never get a hold of them for my complaints. All of the pictures attached were from different days after coming back from work the day of the service. I started requesting service the times I would be at home to make sure everything was getting taking care of but they would show up between 9-10 when nobody was home. I would also see the technician on the ring camera not servicing the lawn like the said they did according to the after service email. I believe the technician was Leobardo and that complaint was also mentioned to them. They wouldn’t come back to service it until after a month or so. Yet again the communication on their end was horrible and could never be reached. After getting tired of everything I decided to stay home from work on the day the service was scheduled just because I had a feeling they would show up early but they never showed up that day and I was never told they wouldn’t show up. I’m sure they have everything on the notes or phone recordings of the times I spoke to them complaining about the issues. After taking my card from autopay pay for some reason their phones work and they are able to contact me but before that I wouldn’t hear from them. Every day they are bugging me for canceling the contract when I wasn’t getting the service I was paying for. Please save yourself a headache and look elsewhere because for a first time homeowner this isn’t the experience I was expecting.

Extremely Disappointed – Incomplete Service and Poor Communication

I hired EcoShield Pest Solutions to treat both my front and back yard, and was charged $161.29 for a service that was never fully performed. I received a confirmation stating the job was complete, but my motion-activated cameras and doorbell notifications show that no one accessed the back yard, and there’s no evidence the front yard was properly treated either.

Worse, I was never informed that the service was cut short or that the backyard wasn’t treated. Only after I followed up did they claim a dog in the yard prevented them from completing the job—which I was never notified about at the time. Yet, they still billed me in full.

This kind of miscommunication and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I’ve requested a full refund and cancellation of any further services, but have yet to hear back. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

He never rushed the process and was incredibly patient, even waiting outside while I took a moment to tidy up. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend Kwan if you want someone who truly cares about doing the job right!

This was the first visit but so far so good. The technician was professional at all times. Explained everything and made sure any questions I had were answered. I asked him to check on an area in particular for wasps. Which he gladly did and took care of as well. He was on time and provided a complete detail with pictures of all he did and their prices are very reasonable.

I was very satisfied with the work that Geo completed today. Geo was courteous and gave me a heads up on the service he was going to perform. He also left a reminder of the service completed today. And as usual, he ask if there was anything else I needed him to attend to. That goes a long way in business these day. I don’t have micro manage his work habits.

Great service! Sometimes letting someone in your house to spray is uncomfortable but the guy who sprayed our house today gave the opposite effect! He was so happy to help and made it very relaxed and was very through. 10/10 would recommend!!

I’ve waited for contact back from Zack (supposedly the operation supervisor out of austin) since yesterday. I got roped in thinking they could treat for fleas as they assured me they could. The problem has only gotten worse which has cost me so much out of pocket repeating treating home and property myself plus my poor dogs. I waited all day for someone to come out today that did less than 10 minutes of work, putting granules out, didnt do inside, but doesnt have proper equipment to. I do think the people that come out are nice, but they aren’t given equipment to get the job done. All they want is the sale after that they dont care it seems.

I’ve tried a lot of pest control companies here in Austin over the last 15 years and I find Marcus is the most helpful and thorough! As a result, I definitely feel confident that our property is as good as it can be, pest wise. He is knowledgeable and personable as well. My favorite part is that he always makes sure to wipe down the exterior of the house where past companies have never done that and I always noticed spider webs and nests and the like. He also takes great care to address any issues I mention, and he always asks upon arrival. And if he has recommendations for things I can do to make the treatment work better he kindly lets me know. Good communication and good service.

I had an amazing experience with ABC Home and Commercial Service’s Irrigation team! They came out and quickly fixed two broken sprinkler heads, a line break, and even a broken main valve—all at a very affordable price. The Bradley, the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the whole process stress-free. My sprinkler system is working perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service. Highly recommend them to anyone needing irrigation repairs!

ABC continues to be very loyal to our country. I receive a military discount with the service they provide. It means the world to me that a company still loves Veterans. Bill, the man who came and completed our service was kind he knew what he was talking about. He did his job well. I had several wasps and he was able to take care of an ANT situation in one of my child’s bathrooms. We had some great conversation and He was still able to perform his tasks quickly. I would highly recommend ABC to anyone looking for a pest control service

ABC Home & Commercial Services has been doing pest control around my house for many years. They are reliable and I like the fact that I get notification in advance of the date of service, and also that the technician communicates clearly when he will be arriving by text and phone. I have had the same technician for years, and it is reassuring to know who will working in my yard. He is scrupulous in avoiding getting chemicals on the area under the porch where the dogs hang out, and also about closing and securing the gates to the yard.

ABC is simply the best company around.

We started using them a decade ago for pest control. Then we slowly transitioned to using them for everything— our air conditioning services, our plumbing, our handyman services, and now our electricity. ABC gives me hope that businesses can still be ethical, have excellent customer service, and provide high quality work at a good price.

Zach Sellers is the electrician that just installed lights in our garage and extra plugs in our bathroom. He was so polite. His work had the precision of a neurosurgeon!!!

Three years, we ended our home warranty insurance with American Home Shield. Home Shield often could not do the job (twice, we called ABC to fix their work) or were unable to come out in a timely manner. ABC employees are more skilled, more efficient, and nicer than anyone that Home Shield sent.

I love ABC and I highly recommend them for ALL your home needs.

Last week, ABC’s Alma A. provided the best service consultation that I’ve ever had for any type of service. She visited my home to investigate a wildlife concern in my yard. She was personable and professional. She communicated clearly throughout the visit. I was informed about what she was looking for, what she observed, what was not a concern, what was a concern, and the action I could take. All of my questions were thoroughly answered and I was very much put at ease by her expertise. The proposed services were reasonable to me, but the quality of Alma’s consultation sold me on doing business with ABC.

Yesterday, I received great pest control service from Jeremy A. He was cordial and knowledgeable. All of my questions were fully answered and tasks were completed efficiently. An additional service was unexpectedly needed. Jeremy called the office and quickly arranged to handle it during the same visit. That was so helpful. So far, I am very pleased with ABC.

Matthew did a complete pest mitigation job in a very efficient and professional manner. Great in all respects.

BEYOND PISSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! I had a technician come by and spray my home today. He tracked muddy footprints ALL throughout my ENTIRE house!!! It’s all over the floor, the carpet, on my children’s play-mats in their bedroom, and playroom. He even went as far as stepping on my 4yr old son’s BED!!!!! WHAT!!!!! THE!!!!!! HELL!!!! We have four very small children. They crawl all over the floors, play, etc. Therefore we do NOT allow shoes in our home WHATSOEVER!!! My youngest 1yr old child is IMMUNE COMPROMISED… we keep our house SPOTLESS because we have to, she gets sick easily and ends up in the hospital for 3-4 days every. single. time. I spent over an hour mopping up every single bit of mud but it’s all over my carpets and I don’t have the right equipment to properly clean it up. This is totally unacceptable. Did this man not have any human decency?!?! The footprint on my son’s bed is my breaking point!!! Frustrated, upset, pissed off, all of the things!! I am DONE with this company!!

First time using this company and I was more than pleased with how great they are. I called them in the morning and they were able to come that day. Jarred was amazing! He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect everything thoroughly, explained exactly what he was doing, and answered all of our questions. Fabian did an excellent job! His communication was great, even though I wasn’t home. He sent pictures of anything he found, like ant mounds and wasp nests, and kept me updated throughout the process. He explained what he was going to do around the house and even asked if I had any specific concerns before getting started. Really professional and thorough service—I highly recommend!

Fabian Vega with Bulwark came by yesterday and did a very thorough job. He even knocked down a mud dauber nest we hadn’t been able to reach. Since Bulwark started treating our property, we’ve noticed a huge decrease in random bugs coming into the house… even the silverfish are gone. Fabian was professional and attentive, and we’re super happy with their service!

I requested service due to wasps. Technician Jonathan Hagins came out, removed a large and active nest, and took care of the whole outside of my house and in my garage, giving us peace of mind to be outdoors again. Jonathan was very friendly and professional, even making sure the 2 gates on either side of my house were closed so my dogs don’t get out.

We’ve been using Bulwark for over a year now and are extremely happy with the service provided by the company and more specifically by Andres! He is knowledgeable and takes extra time to understand the needs of our home before performing the service. The Bulwark technician carelessly sprayed a stream of extermination fluid all over my curated outdoor houseplants this morning. When I asked him why he did it so carelessly, he denied doing this. When I showed him the spayed wet leaves of one of the plants he acted like I was making this up. I would of gladly moved the plants inside if I was notified ahead of time… Terrible customer service.

Richard and his team are the very, very best in the business!! We’ve used Bulwark for years and they have always been fantastic. There are lots of pest control companies but very few do a great job. Look no further, Bulwark is the best. We are very pleased with their honesty, responsiveness, and quality of work.

It’s not weird to love your pest contro company! Bulwark is awesome!! Every single person I speak to is so nice!! Just like today, James Franks, was here and he is such a good guy! Not only was he friendly, professional, and thorough, he even brought my trash cans up from the curb!!! If I could give more stars I would!

Let me just say, these people were absolutely amazing! Topper and J’Von especially had outstanding customer service and provided the most understanding, polite, and hardworking experience my family has ever encountered from any business.

Not only was the issue resolved but they also took measures for preventing this occurrence from happening again. From bats to mud daubers they were extremely confident that they would fix and remove the issue by any means necessary. Called the Bug Master got on the phone with a real person without having to push 10 buttons. They were able to schedule the next day which was nice (kids wanted to be outdoors, but we’re scared of the wasps). Jose called 15 minutes before arriving and was very courteous. He took care of all that we asked for and provided services outside and inside our home. Give Jose a phat raise!

Gwen came out to our complex regarding a rodent issue, and she was fantastic! She’s extremely knowledgeable and even taught me something I didn’t know. On top of that, she’s funny, outgoing, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Thank you, Gwen!

Two weeks ago I had an inspection and treatment of all bugs. Since this was for a new tenant in rental property I wanted a complete job. They came back out after two weeks to make sure everything was still clean and “no bugs allowed.”
The Bug Master has been knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

Barefoot Mosquito always does a great job keeping all the pests at bay. Because we live in the city they take care of rat boxes and will gather any dead critters if needed. Nicolas is an extremely professional guy with such a great personality. Highly Recommend

Cody our technician has been coming to do the pest control service for some time, before they merged with Barefoot. He does a thorough job, is friendly and professional. They’re also great at coming back when its needed for “touch ups”. Customer service/admin is pretty quick and responsive

The technician (Anderson)took the time to inspect the property, explain the treatment plan in detail, and answer all my questions patiently. They clearly knew their stuff and were not just trying to rush through the job.

Even better? The results were fast and noticeable. Within days, the pests were gone, and weeks later, we’re still enjoying a pest-free home.

Wow ! Impressive . Hired Hawx on Friday and Tuesday Jose was out to service my home. I had requested a mid day appt and Jose let me know in plenty of time he’d be n the area earlier and if okay to come then . I was fine with that . He let me know when arrived and when he left . Super impressed with his the service and his thoughtfulness of keeping me in the loop. Our salesperson Greg was awesome too. !

This is one of the worst services I’ve had the displeasure of paying for. The pest control technician broke my gate. Instead of letting me know about it, he just stacked the pieces of the gate against the exterior of the house. When I discovered this, I submitted a claim with photos to Hawx for a replacement. They never followed up, even after I called and emailed them again. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Good service, after moving disconnecting service was difficult. We didn’t have any issues with Hawx for 3 years of service. The field technicians were always professional, very responsive and supportive. When we moved to another state, Hawx would not cancel our service. They billed us for an entire month when we did not live in the home. After 3 years of positive perception, they messed up. Even though I can use them in my new home, I will not due to this experience. Hawx has lost a customer.

I signed up with this company a few months ago, and one of the main promises their salesperson made was that they would cancel my existing pest control subscription for me. That was the deciding factor for me to switch over.

Fast forward three to four months later, and that cancellation never happened. I’ve been paying for two pest control services—spending well over $100 a month—while still having bugs in my home. The lower rate they offered is fine, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that I’ve been misled and stuck paying double for ineffective results.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

I regularly have companies come to my home for services, and I have video surveillance throughout my property. Without question, this has been the worst company I’ve ever done business with.

After I filed a complaint, Manager Ed Kingsbury scheduled an appointment for Saturday, 9/13 between 8am–12pm. He never showed up—no call, no text, nothing. This seems to be the same way his staff operates.

For example, on August 1st, a technician showed up before 8am (which is actually against state regulations in Texas), called and texted before 8am, and then—according to my video cameras—performed no actual work. Yet, somehow, I still received photos supposedly taken in my backyard. It’s easy to walk around, snap a few pictures, and leave without doing anything. Meanwhile, I’ve been paying for services that clearly haven’t been performed.

As for management, I truly don’t understand how Ed is employed in this role. His lack of accountability sets the tone for the entire company. The customer service representatives I’ve spoken to seem to be doing their best, but they’re limited by poor leadership.

Despite holding up my end of the contract, this company refuses to release me without charging a cancellation fee. Where was Ed on Saturday when he was supposed to be at my home? I wasted an entire morning waiting.

On top of that, the mosquito treatments have been completely ineffective. I still cannot walk outside after 8pm without being bitten mosquitoes, and just three weeks ago I had to personally treat a fire ant nest in my yard. Last year I had no such issues —the only change was switching to this company.

This operation feels like malpractice. They’ve broken state rules, misrepresented services, and charged me for work not performed. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursue further action if necessary.

This company is a complete waste of time and money. Lazy management trickles down, and it shows. Avoid at all costs.

We had our first service with Hawx Pest Control today. Our technician was Bradley and he was very informative and quick. He texted me first thing this morning that he would be our technician & then sent another text when he was close to arriving. I love this because I can plan my day accordingly! Bradley gave us options, assured me that the interior treatment was animal friendly for our cat and explained what he would be doing. I really appreciate that they offer warranty calls after treatments. And you can’t beat the price!

DJay Young did an excellent job. I’m happy with his service pictures of everything completed is a great touch. Definitely recommend this company of anyone looking for affordable pest control.

I had an outstanding experience with Alec, who proved to be both incredibly professional and genuinely kind. He offered us valuable insights and advice while efficiently addressing our needs around the house. What impressed me even more was his willingness to patiently answer all of our questions. The exceptional customer service began from the very first call, where I was greeted by a friendly team that presented various options tailored to fit my budget. This level of personal touch was a refreshing contrast to other companies I contacted, which felt robotic and impersonal. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

Great customer service from the beginning. I was a bit hesitant to hire them but I am glad I did. All staff have been very helpful and friendly. Travis did a great job, he truly inspected my home and provided feedback to avoid further issues. All in all, 10 out of 10 so far.

Carl has been treating my home for awhile now. He is amazing with addressing all of our concerns and really taking the time to get to know us and customize our treatments to suit our needs. He is friendly and knowledgeable about pests and treatments. I HIGHLY recommend Moxie to all my friends and family and have even gotten my mother and grandmother hooked on their services too!

We’ve been happy with our choice to use Moxie. Alec was the most recent person to come to our house for our quarterly service, and he did a great job letting me know what he was going to do when he arrived, and then checking in after to tell me what he found/did and made sure that we didn’t need anything else before he left. I appreciated his professional demeanor and friendliness.

Just moved to new construction at Sun City Texas , called Moxie per recommendations and great first experience. The tech Chris very polite , friendly and knowledgeable, will do a follow up review.

This is a follow up review . We requested for Moxie to come and do an in between treatment after seeing a lot of pests , insects n mosquitoes n ants as well . They call it a warranty thing and we can call again if we see more activities without paying extra . They came quickly and we very happy with Trung . He did a very thorough job more than we expected . He’s polite n friendly n knowledgeable.

Alec came to do our service late into the evening. Certainly a hard working and excellent employee. Did our service address g my current issues. He offered valuable information, along with being very friendly and helpful!! Thanks Alec!

We had service provided by Chris A who was impressively cordial. After introducing himself he asked if there were any concerns we wanted him to take care of besides the usual pest inspection. He followed through with what we asked for and did a great job.

We are super happy with how our lawn is looking! We use their services for pest control and lawn care and love their services! They are respectful, professional and friendly. You can see a huge difference between our lawn and our neighbors lawn, just look at this photo! It came in green and thicker!

Real Green sent a manager Jason out to our home this morning with a three-man crew to aerate our sloped yard and spread a topsoil mix. They did a complete aeration including the sloped area and generously spread about 1.5 cu. ft. of topsoil across the entire yard. Looks great and am very pleased with the coverage & clean up, too. We appreciate the members of the crew for their great work – Angel, Jug, and one other gentleman! Thank you!

William Birnbach does an excellent job at taking care of our yard and wanted to give him a shout out. He is always willing to walk the yard with me and discuss any concerns I have and then treats the yard appropriately. He also writes up a comprehensive report of what treatment he applied and next steps for us to take to ensure the yard performs to our standards. Our yard looks the best it ever has and is a compliment to the neighborhood.

I have been customer since July last year so it is a good time to post my review along with some photos.

Reason why I chose RG is because I was first time homeowner and taking care of lawn on top of other things was just too overwhelming. We had new sod laid in June, so pretty much the worst time ( water restrictions and heat).

Chris Van Winkle is great technician to work with. It is was always good to chat about what can I do to help my lawn so I am trying not to miss him when he is doing the treatment. He did excellent job taking my lawn to where it is today. Starting with watering recommendations, weed treatments he did etc.

Please remember, you as a customer have to do your part too. Frequent mowing (at least once a week) and 2 deep waterings a week make a difference. Let the photos speak for itself.

Our lawn has improved greatly! It appears green and lush now, whereas previously it had bare spots and was not nearly as green. This company does what they say they’ll do AND their communication is superb. They let you know when they’re coming, they let you know afterwards what they did and who the technician was, and the email with any specials they might be offering. We are so happy we went with Real Green.
