We bought our home from Paradisa back in 2020, and the whole experience was fantastic. They finished the house right on schedule, which gave us a lot of confidence from the start. Working with their in-house designer to choose finishings—like cabinets, lighting, and hardware—was smooth and stress-free, even though we had little experience with interior design. The 1-year warranty was a great reassurance, and overall, we’re so glad we went with a new build. We’d heard beforehand that Paradisa is known for some of the best quality homes in Austin, and we can honestly say that’s been proven true. The design is not only practical and functional for everyday living, but it also has a beautiful curb appeal and thoughtful details inside. We couldn’t be happier with our Paradisa home and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new build in Austin.

We bought a home from Paradisa in 2016. We came across them looking at one new home, liked it, and our realtor took us to another of theirs which we liked even better - and bought. We were new to Austin and, almost 10 years later, I’ve come to deeply appreciate: - the locations they pick - the design of the home (optimized for heat and position of the sun) The fit and finish were excellent and our home largely feels "like new". We didn’t have any sense of them as a company but have been pleased to find them committed to Austin and long term partners. They’ve been friendly and helpful through the years and stood by their work. Even the purchase process was straightforward and fair. We don’t want to move…but if we did, I’d look for a Paradisa home or work with them on a custom build. Highly recommend - to the point of using their listings as a guide to the best streets in Austin and a benchmark with which to compare other homes.

My Paradisa condo is one of the best home purchases I've ever made -- and I have bought multiple houses. My husband had just passed away unexpectedly, and I needed to move back into urban Austin. My good friend told me that her relative had purchased a Paradisa home, and was very happy with it. Then we accidently drove by a Paradisa open house. Walked in and immediately liked the layout/craftsmanship, and overall positive, professionally-finished feel. Looked at several more new/re-done homes over the next 2 weeks, and kept coming back to this Paradisa home. Bought it, and very happy with it -- great craftsmanship, well -designed, and overall good home vibe. Very happy with my purchase.

My wife and I selected Paradisa to custom build our 'forever' home in the Bouldin neighborhood of Austin. We chose Paradisa after touring new builds in Austin for years, and after meeting with several prospective builders. We are very thankful that we chose Paradisa--the experience has been about as good as it can be building a home (it can be a challenging process). Of course, there were unforeseen issues and changes that had to occur, but what sets Paradisa apart is how they handled those situations. Paradisa never tried to back out of doing the 'right thing' for the integrity and finish of the home. The Paradisa team always tried to correct anything that wasn't up to standard or wasn't in line with the design documents. We really appreciated that one of the Founding Partners of the company, Thomas Brown, met with us before starting the project to ensure that Paradisa understood our vision and goals. We then transitioned to working with Paradisa’s in-house design team. We had the pleasure of working with Todd, their architect, who was able to create a smart, useful floorplan that included our entire wishlist of items (it was an extensive list). We then got to work with Brandie on the interior design finishes, and thankfully Brandie is extremely patient and has great recommendations for how to proceed with the look/feel of the home. Once construction started, we were very fortunate to have Brandon as our project manager. Brandon is incredible-- he's never phased by any issue, and he never makes false promises. Throughout the process we worked closely with Luis, who guided us through the home building process. He helped us understand what we needed to focus on to clear the next hurdle and kept us up to date in a timely manner regarding the whole project admin, timeline, and financials. There are too many positives to list in a basic google review regarding our experience with Paradisa. But hopefully this post helps any prospective clients feel more comfortable with choosing Paradisa. If we were to do this home build all over again, we would choose Paradisa once more.
