I cannot recommend Consider it Done - GARSC more highly! I came across them in a google search and was impressed by their reviews. To be honest, I was wondering if they offered a discount for reviews like I've heard of other companies doing because they had such overwhelmingly great ones. Well, having just used their services, I can attest that they do not do that. All of their reviews are hard earned and well deserved! From my first call to them, they were very professional and everything was done in a reasonable amount of time and for a really fantastic price! They repaired so many problem areas in my house, mostly damage from pets, and they were so kind and easy to work with through the entire process. Joe came out to do a walk through with us and he didn't miss a thing and was the definition of professional but also really friendly. Tyler helped us out over the phone deciding what the best course of action would be as far as how deeply we wanted to address some of the issues our home had. Finally, Joe and Cason did really great work. We had a LONG list of items and they did it all in just three days. These guys are perfectionists and that is just who you want working on your home. We've actually decided to have some additional work done and have them out to spruce up our businesses as well. Our only regret is that we lived for so many years with all these minor issues around our house. I had no idea it would be so quick, easy, and affordable to undo the disrepair that our home had fallen in to.

Reasons to consider (pun intended) Consider It Done: - Quality work done swiftly, no muss no fuss (thanks Joe!) - Provided me with an initial estimate with no run around, you'd be surprised at how many places hesitate to give estimates in fear of ...I dunno... - Gave me recommendations for other services they thought I may need without pressuring me to take them. - Provided estimates of said recommendations so I could make an informed decision. - Assisted me while I was out of town and sent photos of the completed job, simple yet thoughtful. - Great Admin Team - Phoebe and Tyler. Super nice and easy to deal with. Clear and efficient communication. I plan to use them again... So in summary, they get the job done, they get it done well, they have reasonable prices, and they're not mean jerks. High-Fives all around.

We had a great experience doing business with the Consider It Done- GARSC. From initial contact with company coordinator- Phoebe, onsite walk through identifying the issues around the house with Cason, getting work orders/estimate from Tyler, to the actual house maintenance work done by technician Joe, they all demonstrated the great team work - customer services, prompt communication, and professional knowledge and work. Definitely 5-star review from us, and we highly recommend this company to whoever looks for a reliable residential maintenance services.

Consider It Done / GARSC has been the only positive of our horrible rental experience with 1836 Property Management. From my understanding this company was once owned by the same people as 1836 Property Management and was almost run into the ground before it was saved by its own employees. Amazingly professional staff very personable. They provide reasonable time frames for appointments. They’re very respectful when inside your home.

I had a great experience with Jaime who came to fix a wall. He was kind, knowledgeable, and communicative as to how the project was coming along. 10 stars all around

We used Consider It Done to perform work on our home prior to listing it for sale. We needed a sink remounted, a vanity replaced, painting completed, etc. The entire experience was A+, from the quote process, to scheduling, work, and billing. A couple of unexpected issues came up with the materials we provided for repairs and they were able to solve the issues and get an end result that we're very happy with. I wish we knew about them a long time ago, it would have saved us nightmares with other contractors. I highly recommend them - they will take care of you and are fantastic people!
