I cannot recommend Consider it Done – GARSC more highly! I came across them in a google search and was impressed by their reviews. To be honest, I was wondering if they offered a discount for reviews like I’ve heard of other companies doing because they had such overwhelmingly great ones. Well, having just used their services, I can attest that they do not do that. All of their reviews are hard earned and well deserved!

From my first call to them, they were very professional and everything was done in a reasonable amount of time and for a really fantastic price! They repaired so many problem areas in my house, mostly damage from pets, and they were so kind and easy to work with through the entire process. Joe came out to do a walk through with us and he didn’t miss a thing and was the definition of professional but also really friendly. Tyler helped us out over the phone deciding what the best course of action would be as far as how deeply we wanted to address some of the issues our home had. Finally, Joe and Cason did really great work. We had a LONG list of items and they did it all in just three days. These guys are perfectionists and that is just who you want working on your home.

We’ve actually decided to have some additional work done and have them out to spruce up our businesses as well. Our only regret is that we lived for so many years with all these minor issues around our house. I had no idea it would be so quick, easy, and affordable to undo the disrepair that our home had fallen in to.

Consider It Done / GARSC has been the only positive of our horrible rental experience with 1836 Property Management. From my understanding this company was once owned by the same people as 1836 Property Management and was almost run into the ground before it was saved by its own employees. Amazingly professional staff very personable. They provide reasonable time frames for appointments. They’re very respectful when inside your home.

We used Consider It Done to perform work on our home prior to listing it for sale. We needed a sink remounted, a vanity replaced, painting completed, etc. The entire experience was A+, from the quote process, to scheduling, work, and billing.

A couple of unexpected issues came up with the materials we provided for repairs and they were able to solve the issues and get an end result that we’re very happy with. I wish we knew about them a long time ago, it would have saved us nightmares with other contractors.

I needed my spare bedroom redone and prepped for painting, and Bernabe and the LFM team did an amazing job. Everything about Statewide Remodeling is a First Class experience, from start to finish.

The sales team, Sherry and Cheyenne, were as delightful as thoroughly knowledgeable about all the options and everything to expect. And they were spot on, too. It all went exactly as planned.

The installation team is Gold Medal in my book. Cory and Greg had good energy together and they paid great attention to every detail. The house has a few years (built in the 80s) and so they had their work cut out for them to make everything straight in addition to making sure all the plumbing details were perfect. I have complete confidence that their installation will last for decades. Mark, the site supervisor, was excellent about communicating what to expect and following up on the installation.

I highly recommend Statewide Remodeling. My introduction was through Home Depot. And while my opinion of Home Depot is already high, that they work with such an excellent operation as Statewide Remodeling improves their score that much more.

Statewide is a company to trust. They come on time with all materials ready. They have excellent plumbers, tile layers, etc. Aurelio Madrid remodeled our 2 guest bathrooms and they are beautiful. He did meticulous work and left our home clean each evening. He is a five star craftsman!

We don’t usually write reviews but we feel so strong about our master bath renovation project done by Statewide Remodeling team. When Tiffany Haskell showed up at my front door, I knew she was a God Sent. She was able to convince my husband to sign the contract at the end of her presentation, which was NOT an easy task to do since he usually would sleep on it a few days before he decided on anything. She was able to draw and gave us the visual of what the new bathroom layout would look like. The material she helped us select were top notch. The project did not come cheap but she arranged for a good financial option that we can afford.
Before the project started, the office team would call or email us once or twice a week to keep us informed on the materials shipping status. They were the best project coordination team we have dealt with by far. We never had to call them to get updates, they called us.
When the project started, Harold Allen and his son showed up bright & early even though it was raining. They did an excellent job. They were meticulous at everything they did. They cleaned up after themselves. They stored all the materials in our garage and they left it CLEANER than the first day they came in. They got rid of the dust and dirt on garage the floor. We are so impress with them. Best of all, they got along very well with our 2 very active dogs. By the last day of the project, we felt like they were part of our family already.

The window team, Mike & Cesar, came in to install 2 master bath windows. The windows are good quality and they took the time to caulk around both windows in and out.
The company sent a Supervisor, Sebastian, to check on the project daily. He is a golfer so he got along well with my husband so it’s a huge plus. He is very articulate in explaining what to expect and kept us at ease. Our 2 dogs love him.

The Allen Family – Joe, Harold, Bubba & Marcus did a great job on our guest bathroom remodel. The crew was on time and executed at top speed with quality. They also communicated periodically on the progress and clarified the design prior to installation . The cleanup was thorough with zero mess . The remodel was completed in 2 days. We are very happy with the outcome and crew’s professionalism!

What a wonderful experience and company to work with from start to finish. We cannot say enough good things about our project manager, Anton Zisman. Avi and his team were such a pleasure to work with. They were timely, worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciated how involved Avi was and always kept me in the loop with all the home projects especially when I was out of town. They were professional and great at what they do. Avi was very helpful with decision-making and his team was very collaborative and gave me great insight on different opinions which, for someone like me who is indecisive, was needed! Overall, our bathroom remodel came out quite well and was of very high quality. The sub contractors were all great and very kind. Our project was timely and efficient as it was completed in just under a month. The project manager, Anton, was a very consistent communicator through the process which was greatly appreciated. One area for growth would be to tighten up the project management in terms of clearly communicating the materials needed and by what timeframe so that we could better plan and be prepared rather than be surprised by last minute asks then have to adjust. Avi and his team helped me with a complete remodel on my home. His team took care of the initial demolition followed by all the plumbing, electric work, flooring, railings, trim, countertops and tiling.

I will say by far the person who had the best communication and was the most helpful throughout the whole process was Dylan. Brad was so helpful in walking us through how this could be done. Rockin Remodeling exceeded my expectations hands down. From the beginning with Carlton walking me through the details of what to expect, to being introduced to Jacob, who we had the pleasure of working on our bathroom. Jacob has an excellent work ethic, very detail oriented, knows his craft, explains in detail any concerns you may have and keeps the job site clean! Ask for Jacob on your job!! He will not disappoint. This project was a wonderful experience and would use Carlton again.

Carlton removed a crumbling porch cover for me at a great price. He showed up when he said he was gonna start, had the trash dumpster already lined up and once he was done had all the trash thrown away, with some extra from around the yard that wasn’t even caused by him. The bin was taken the same day so there was no storing it before or after the work was done.

He has done numerous projects for me and has always been prompt, professional and fairly priced.

Definitely gonna have him do some additional work here in the future and HIGHLY recommend him for all of your remodeling needs

Carlton and his crew at Rockin’ Remodeling did an excellent job with our whole home remodel! Carlton was patient and easy to work with right from the beginning. As the scope of our project evolved he was patient with the revisions to the bid and never made me feel rushed or pressured in anyway.

I was nervous about living at our house once demo and the full remodel began, but Carlton’s in-house crew made it SO easy to live through. They were respectful of our time and space and kept things as clean as possible throughout. Every day they’d clean up and haul off what they could, organized tools to be out of the way, vacuumed, and otherwise made all appropriate accommodations so we could have a nice evening. Then they’d do it all again the next day. Ha!

Carlton was great at communicating scope and bid changes throughout the process. He knew we were trying to get the most bang for our buck through the whole thing and helped us where he could with his vast array of industry knowledge.
