Taurus Academy Burnet

I've been doing doggy daycare for some time, but decided to do the two week board and train program. I absolutely loved working with Loren the main trainer. She's is so sweet, knowledgeable and my dog responds so well. He was taken very good care of! The training is really great - I have the tools to continue to train and work at home. He's listening so well and I'm excited to take him out more.

Alana has groomed our Bernedoodle twice now, and has shown wonderful skill, patience, and communication. Even though he’s a wiggly puppy, he comes back looking and feeling amazing, with the exact cut we ask for. We appreciate the updates and commitment to caring for our dog, and will continue to have him come to Taurus.

Scout has been going to Taurus Academy since the fall of 2024. His excitement walking in each day tells me all I need to know - he is getting the enrichment play and attention he needs as a young fur boy! (and he’s there at least 4 days a week.) The staff are genuinely interested in his care and development, and they listen to me patiently go on and on about him.

Our bulldog, Donna, gets so excited when we pull into the Taurus parking lot. She started attending when we moved to Austin and recently spent a week in boarding. Getting the daily report card is so reassuring, as she always looks so happy. We highly recommend Taurus to everyone as their specialized care for each dog is top notch! We have been taking our dogs to Taurus Academy for more than 25 years, and have been incredibly pleased with their training, boarding and day care. They are always well cared for and entertained, and come home happy, tired, and ready to behave.

Taurus is great! My dogs always have a good time. Loren, the excellent trainer that works at Taurus Burnet has done such a great job with both our dogs. We love Loren!

Cannot recommend Cathy enough! She worked with our Barley Boy for two weeks in the board and train. She kept us updated with pictures and videos and help Barley learn new commands. I also appreciate how much she has worked with us to better lead Barley and prompt responses to any questions! Cathy is very passionate and gave our boy lots of love! Thank you!
