Best pet food store in town. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the best part is you can return anything if it doesn’t work including food, no questions asked and gets donated to local shelters. Same-day delivery and Pet Club are just great perks and we love shopping local for our dog’s food.

The service here is exceptional, every time I’ve been in, it feels like you’re talking to the owner in a small town family run store. It doesn’t feel like they’re trying to sell you something, just wanting to chat with you. But I’ve also been in here without wanting to chat and they respect it too 🙂 Great store, just signed up to their loyalty program

The store is well organized. All the staffs are so friendly and very helpful. A lot of organic option. And they even have a good treats displayed for your pups.

The kindest staff took so much time and effort to help me find something my geriatric dog who hasn't ben eating would eat. They were down on hands and knees helping him try food or treats. I'm so impressed at the customer service. They've completely won over my business.

Everytime I go here, the employees are extremely nice and almost overly-helpful! They're knowledgable of what they have in the store. The store is also kept pretty clean and doesn't smell much like a petstore at all, with the exception of the bulk dog treat isle. Overall, very good place. My one complaint is that the cat isle is very small compared to the rest of the store but if you dont own cats, then it shouldn't be a problem.

I always find what I need here for my fur babies. I am always greeted with such kind and friendly staff, who always make me feel welcomed and are so very helpful. Thank y'all for all that you do.
