This firm is incredibly unprofessional, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Stefani Preston-Kryder handling my case couldn’t even answer basic questions and then withdrew just weeks before my trial, leaving me in a terrible position. She didn’t have the decency to pick up a phone and call me after decisions were made on my behalf without discussing them directly with me. It’s clear they don’t care about the people they represent. I think communication is key to an attorney-client relationship and Luke did not disappoint and kept me updated the whole time.
