καλο και πολυ καθαρο τα δωματια ειναι αρκετα ευρηχωρα αλλα οχι μεγαλα το μπανιο σχετικα μικρο αλλα εχει αρκετες ανεσεις στο δωματιο εχει μεταφορα απο και προς αεροδρομιο φιλικη εξυπηρετηση και καλο μπαρ αλλα το πρωινο σχετικα φτωχο

Loved the location of Holiday Inn Austin Town Lake — right off I-35 and steps from Lady Bird Lake, perfect if you enjoy hiking or walking the trail. It’s also a short walk to Rainey Street, where we enjoyed drinks and college football at a nearby bar. The hotel was clean and comfortable. During our stay, the power went out late at night, and many guests were checking out, but the staff handled it very well. They offered either 50% off or assistance finding a nearby hotel with a full refund. We chose to stay, and the power came back around 2:30am. Even with the outage, we were able to shower with phone flashlights and the room didn’t get too hot. Overall, great location, good service, and a solid stay

I truly cannot say enough good things about this hotel & their staff. Every single staff is kind, professional, respectful and will do anything to make sure that everyone is taken care of. - I will truly never stay at any other hotel in Austin but this one. This hotel is a second home for me. If you are looking for a hotel that TRULY cares about their guests and work hard andd our polite and respectful and have exceptional customer service, THIS IS YOUR HOTEL

Spent a night for a celebration and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jessica. She went above and beyond to help us get situated and made sure our birthday got off to the right start. The room was clean with a decent view, and the bar had a good selection. Thanks Jessica, we would stay again.

I booked this hotel after looking at the reviews on Booking.com as well as having stayed in numerous Holiday inns previously.|It was only after booking I looked at the Tripadvisor reviews which didn’t shine the hotel in a good light at all! I am glad I didn’t take too much notice of those as out experience has been great.|The location is super for using the lake which we did on paddleboards and walking around the lake trail and also close to Rainey Street and downtown.|The breakfast we had included was good, the room nice , well maintained and clean ( 9th floor lake view)|Staff friendly, hotel airport free shuttle great.|Air conditioning can be a bit noisy when it kicks in but hell it has to work hard in this heat

I've lived in Austin 20 years and always wanted to stay at the best located and most eccentrically shaped Holiday Inn in town. Besides the amazing views, the standout was the amazing service at the front desk. My man George brought it all: cheer, efficiency, and enthusiasm to help with any request small or large. This guy is on your side!! Cheers George, if people had 10% of your attitude we'd have world peace now 🙂

Had a great experience staying here this weekend for a concert close by. All staff that we dealt with directly were both friendly and super professional. Our favorites were George at the front desk whom was so helpful and Jorge at the bar. Great value for such a central location. Will definitely stay here again!
