Quickest urgent care service I have ever experienced. They were efficient and educated, took care of me, and sent me on my way. Very appreciative, thank you so much!! Update: the prescriptions given lasted 5 days and didn’t fully take care of my situation. I figured calling in and explaining the situation would lend them to refill the prescription- and apparently that’s not what they do (because it’s an urgent care, I guess?), so just a heads up to anyone going in- if you fear the prescription might not be a long enough prescription, let them know before they make you pay another copay just to refill your prescription.
They have taken very good care of me, going as far as calling different facilities to see if they took my insurance. Sara was very concerned with my condition she cared for me. The wait was not long everyone was good to me yes, I recommend this minor ER.
Went to Urgent Care while visiting TX. I received the absolute best treatment I could have received and got a same day referral for Eye clinic with a thorough and professional ophthalmologist. I will be returning here for follow up at Eye Clinic of Austin due to their quality care. Thank you.
My wife had an appointment and she pre-registered. When got to the urgent care we were told that there was no physician. We were directed to the Cedar Park location. We got there and they had no physician. We ended up at the Avery Ranch location. 30 minutes of driving for URGENT care; Crazy way to run a business.
Online checkin was fine. Front desk and nurse were nice and prompt. But Then I waited 40 minutes for doctor to come in - who did nothing and said I just needed to let things run the course. Ended up in emergency room 8 hours later. Pathetic excuse for "care"
Friendly and quick, quality care! I originally had an appointment at another clinic in the area but was late so they couldn't see me. I walked in to this urgent care facility and Austin was so helpful making sure I got the expected care and verified my insurance copay as well. Everyone else was so kind and quick to help me. I'm so grateful I was able to update my epi pen prescription before an trip out of the country so I can have peace of mind.
Everyone was so kind and professional and very efficient to get me in and stitched up and on my way to healing. Shelly Sarah and Rene worked in tandem to make sure I was taken care of to the best of their ability. And they are fabulous thank you so much
