Dr. Elliott G. And his nurse practitioner Tieryn B. Are absolutely wonderful. I feel confident in them and their medical decisions for me and our growing baby. I look forward to continuing to work with them and women’s health domain. Also, their front desk is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and the example of what customer service should be. Especially Miss May, who always takes care of us and makes the process easy, all while making us feel so welcome. The other young ladies at the front were also kind and helpful, we just specifically worked with May. Thank you women’s health domain for being our health care providers for one of the biggest chapters of our life. ♥️♥️♥️

Dr. Boswell was very kind and actually listened to what was going on with me. She also took the time to explain what was going on based on my clinical presentation, explained options for treatment and the "why" behind those options. It made the experience feel collaborative, thorough, and intentional. I’ve been trying to figure out what was wrong with me for the last few months. And even though we don’t have a definitive answer yet, I’ve gotten better care in one clinic visit with her than I have with all interactions with my previous OBGYN. The front receptionists and the atmosphere of the clinic was also welcoming and friendly.

My interactions with the one gal who checked me in was so off putting, I cancelled my appointment on the spot, and asked for a proof of refund for my copay. Dr. Boswell is an exceptional doctor. It was the biggest reason I ignored the other reviews discussing their front desk experiences. I was really excited to be her patient again. But I can’t imagine being pregnant and feeling so unwelcome and uncomfortable walking into that office. To Dr. Boswell - I would have loved to show you a picture of our thriving soon to be 3 year old who just started preschool. To tell you in-person how grateful I am to you, now that the postpartum haze is gone. But nonetheless, thank you for being so collaborative, supportive, and such a wonderful OB. I’ve decided to seek another OB. But if you can navigate the front desk experience, I encourage you to consider this practice.

I have so much appreciation for Dr. Elliot Groff and the entire Women’s Health Domain staff. After calling 5 different OBGYN offices for a same day appointment, I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Groff online. The scheduling system was user friendly and super easy to navigate. As many women do, I had some reservations about meeting with a male doctor. But I can assure you that Dr. Groff is super professional, friendly, and extremely informative. I felt heard, and supported throughout my appointments. He helped me navigate my situation. With his guidance, I was able to receive treatment at St. David's North Austin Medical Center (shout out to them too!) and had follow up lab testing at Women’s Health Domain. After I was cleared from my situation, I received an IUD. Before the procedure, Dr. Groff, again, was super informative and let me know about all my birth control options - the pros and cons, etc. Knowing that many people have had physically painful experiences with IUD insertion, I was a bit nervous. but having such a positive experience beforehand, I knew I was going to be fine in the care of Dr. Groff and his team. I received pain management (I believe its a paracervical block - sorry, i don’t remember the exact name). With the pain management i had a pain free IUD insertion! I barely felt a thing ‍ Again, thank you SO much to Dr.Groff and the entire team! I wish I had their names but big thank you to the sonographer, phlebotomist, and the two receptionists! I feel so grateful to have found this office.

Sharing this months later because it still affects me. I saw Dr. Chapman for pain in my uterus for what I believe was from my IUD. I went in wanting to get it checked to ensure proper placement. When I explained my symptoms, she wrote them off as bloating. No it wasn’t, I know the difference and this was not normal. At this time I was considering getting my IUD taken out anyway but still wanted to ensure everything was ok before I made that decision. I made the mistake of sharing this because she said rather than do an ultrasound, she can just take it out right now. I was very unsure because it seemed scary and painful. I wasn’t mentally prepared to do it but felt pressured by Dr. Chapman to make a decision quickly. I decided to do it. While it didn’t end up being painful, I felt incredibly violated, and uncomfortable with my experience. Additionally, after taking out the IUD, she said sarcastically ‘if you no longer feel pain, then we’ll know it’s the IUD’. Again, writing off my symptoms/experience. She had absolutely no bedside manners for an experience that I believe many other women would want to be made to feel comfortable in. I legit cried in the bathroom right after. This all came after I had been waiting in the exam room for a while and overheard her talking to a coworker about how she had over 5 patients to see in less than 10 mins, so I already knew I wasn’t going to get the level of service I was seeking. I am disappointed because she is a highly rated Dr. on Google, so I hope this was a one off experience but I felt inclined to share with others.

Outstanding experience at Women’s Health Domain. Dr Handcock was sincerely kind, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. He spent time explaining things and made sure I understood what to expect during the visit. He didn’t rush the appointment and I appreciated that, since Doctors can be quick to rush out of the room sometimes. The nurse was super sweet and helpful, sorry I’d forgotten her name. The front office staff were kind and check in was a breeze. The new location of the office is super easy to access and had lots of parking.

Always have a pleasant experience at the Women’s Health Domain. Dr. Chapman has been simply the best. I cannot recommend her enough. Knowledgeable and so helpful with explaining everything to me. She really takes the time to go over options and educate you on anything you want to know. I have a lot of medical anxiety and I can say I am more and more comfortable every time I have gone to the office because the experiences have been positive compared to other ones in my life.
