Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment within a week, my phone call was immediately connected to their front desk staff, and I had less than 5 minutes in the waiting room before I was brought back to the exam room. I had a full body skin check which can be awkward but Dr. Jordan and Shelby were very professional and made me comfortable. Dr. Jordan was very informative and reassuring. The Steiner Ranch location is easy to find, there was plenty of parking right out front, and the office has a very clean and relaxing environment. I would happily recommend Sanova to anyone looking for any dermatology services.
PA Jordan was very thorough and professional. She took the time to answer questions and give me honest opinions. Sometimes that is hard to find in doctors. The office staff was friendly and it was easy and speedy to get an appointment.
