I can not recommend Austin Catering enough. Their customer service, communication, professionalism, and kindness from a business standpoint are exactly who I, and I believe all brides, hope to work with during their wedding planning. Gabby was my contact, whom I can not rave about enough. She was so incredibly helpful, thoughtful and patient with me, coming up with really great suggestions, recommendations and guidance. Lastly, the food is AMAZING. The flavor, quality, presentation is 10/10. My favorite thing about Austin Catering is how accommodating they are. As a bride who's gluten-free, vegan and had strong opinions about her menu, I felt entirely confident that my menu was going to turn out perfect thanks to Gabby's help, and it did! My guests raved about our food, including the kids. They made the allergen-friendly process so easy, as well as the bar/desserts. The staff they hire is also amazing - every single person at my wedding was so kind and made each guests feel special. I highly highly recommend Austin Catering! My only complaint is I don't have another reason to work with them again!

When the road to our Rehearsal Dinner was washed away by last weekend’s Texas flood, Austin Catering stepped up in the most incredible way—opening their Union Pointe location and bringing in a full team to ensure our guests were served, even though they weren’t the original caterers. Outstanding service and true dedication to their customers. Thank you! The next night was our wedding where we had hired Austin catering. Beautiful presentation- food was delicious and attention to detail was perfect! Thank you Giselle and the Austin Catering team!

Austin Catering was great to work with for our nonprofit fundraising event. Giselle was very knowledgeable and easily accommodated all of our last-minute changes. We had a tight timeline, and they excelled in keeping to our schedule. The drinks were tasty, the food was great, and the service was quick. Denise Davis, our main manager, was amazing with the crew and easy to work with. Our bar manager and lead, Michael and Victor, kept the drinks coming and looked lovely. All of our guests were impressed by the food and drinks. The staff was on time, professional, and friendly. We will be using them again for our future events!!!

Austin catering was WONDERFUL. Our wedding food was incredible and we had (and are still getting) so many comments of the "best wedding food I've ever had". KD was a dream to work with. There were other options for our venue that branded themselves as the most budget friendly, but I did the math (the intense item by item comparison) and Austin Catering came out on top AND blew us away during our tasting. It was a no brainer.

Austin Catering catered our wedding on May 31, 2025 and it was absolutely delicious! They worked with us on a custom menu and we did two rounds of taste tasting and they were more than accommodating for all of my knit picky changes! All of our guests absolutely loved the food and were a little surprised since wedding food can often be a tad unimpressive, but this truly felt like a meal in a restaurant. They also made us late snacks which everyone loved as well and were very accommodating of dietary restrictions. Their team were professional and easy to work with and we 1000% recommend them!

While every aspect of our catering experience was wonderful, this review is especially for Gabrielle! From our initial inquiry through our final transaction, Gabrielle answered countless questions from us, always being professional and patient as we changed quantities, dishes, and bar setups. We had a delightful time at our tasting, and the food was all delicious. We got many compliments from our guests about enjoying their meals, and it looked like everything ran very smoothly. We also got our cake and desserts from Austin Catering, and they did an absolutely lovely job with the decoration that we requested. They even packed up cake leftovers for our guests and sent us to our mini moon with extra cake and food for the road. We did a lot of comparing catering services when planning our wedding, but Austin Catering struck that great balance of being within budget, but not sacrificing quality or our wedding vision. We strongly recommend Gabrielle and the Austin Catering team!

Austin Catering was highly recommended to us for our wedding by a chef friend, and I am happy to report that they were a highlight of our wedding. I've never thought too strongly about wedding food, but Austin Catering proved me (and several of my guests) wrong- the food was beyond delicious! SO many people spoke to us about the food after the wedding! We worked with Gabrielle, who was wonderful and so helpful throughout the planning process. She fielded so many questions not only about the food, but about our alcohol order we were placing as well. Our tasting experience was great and very helpful in helping us plan our menu! Honestly, everything we tried was so good we would have picked it all if we could have. The team was great, and left us with very thoughtful food set aside for us to take home after the night. Even as leftovers the food was incredible! Austin Catering was fantastic, truly above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and book them for your wedding!
