Capitol Credit Union

Had a pretty terrible experience with Jessica and Heather. I’ve never heard of a credit union calling family members nor did I give them any permission to do so. If you recently moved from out of state and have a remote job they treat this as a foreign concept.

Samuel Anstee has been very helpful, informative, professional and kind. Business was thoroughly handled. I highly recommend Capitol Credit Union.

I deposit a lot of money every month so I called to get a personal loan and told the person I was talking to that they could take the money out on the 2nd the loan was only going to b4 $300n the answer was not at this time n I was like you have got to be joking dude I was pissed I was about to short circuit but instead told him thank you n good bye

Several months ago I was asked to consider joining Capitol CU located on Ben White. The staff didn't only encourage a basic checking or savings account, but helped me establish other beneficial credit union services. For me it was the investing side of the credit union. At my original CU, there were funds there that were just dormant. The investment team at Capitol helped me move those funds so that they could begin to earn dividends. I would have never thought to connect with the investment team had the Ben White team not encouraged me to consider it.

Went in for a visit this afternoon and the staff was incredible. They were knowledgeable answering any questions that I had about credit and helped me establish a bank account. I recommend anyone looking to establish a relationship with a credit union stop in and speak with the staff.
