Adore Makeup Boutique + Salon

I got married in June of this year and was absolutely thrilled with the services provided by Adore Makeup Boutique + Salon. Rhea did my makeup, Becky did my hair, and they were both so lovely! This salon was extremely professional, friendly, and capable! I highly recommend Adore for any major event in your life that you would want to look polished for.

I am so happy I found Adore and booked with these wonderful ladies for my wedding day! Shirley and Becky are so sweet and talented and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my hair and makeup. I had the pleasure of booking Adore fo my wedding on May 10th, 2025. I booked my hair & makeup as well as 4 bridesmaids and my mother in law. Shirely was our makeup artist and Becky was our hairstylist. Shirley was my main point of contact during the planning process and she was quick to respond to all questions and was very helpful. We had our hair & makeup done at my house and they brought everything, including chairs. They both did amazing work and were very accommodating of everyone's preferences, especially with the false eyelashes, they had a lot of options. I struggle with breakouts and oily skin and being stressed about the wedding made it worse, but Shirley had products for all different skin types and it turned out amazing. The makeup also LASTED, like the whole night, even with oily skin, I was really impressed. I would highly recommend Adore and both of our artists.

Adore is great! I used Adore for my wedding hair and make up as well as my engagement photos. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing service they provided! Not only are they very professional but they are fun to work with! I have nothing but great things to say about Shirley and her team!

I walked in and everyone was super friendly. I had a makeup tutorial with Shirley today. I’m 47 and never really learned how to put makeup on. Words cannot describe how wonderful she was and how she made me feel so at ease. She was very patient and allowed me to video and take notes during the process. She also taught me using most of my own makeup which was great. I walked out with so much knowledge, a neat paper showing where to apply everything, and feeling prettier than I ever have before. Thank you to this wonderful, kind, and very patient person who helped me feel pretty today. I can’t give more than 5 stars but Shirley deserves wayyyyyy more than 5! I hired Adore as our hair and makeup artists for my April, 2024 wedding. They were very easy to coordinate with, and Maite (makeup) and Alexis (hair) were amazing! I first did a trial with them, which was extremely helpful, especially because I almost never wear makeup and didn't have a great idea of what would suit me. Alexis was able to replicate a reference photo I liked to a T, and Maite helped me talk through what colors would work for me, what would help the look, and made sure that all the makeup (like false lashes) were comfortable. Some of my bridesmaids weren't enthusiastic about getting their hair and makeup done by someone else-- some of them had dark skin or short hair, so were a bit skeptical about whether or not a vendor could do a good job. Shirley reassured me that they had worked with a variety of people, and sure enough, they absolutely killed it! They came to our hotel on time, were both patient and kind, and had no problem giving us the looks that we had asked for. The hair and makeup was very comfortable and stayed all night-- they gave me a touchup kit, but I didn't need to use it at all. Shirley and her team were amazing to work with for hair and makeup services on my daughter's wedding day. They arrived on-time at The Milestone in Georgetown and had all 7 of us ready in advance of formal pictures. Shirley and her team were very friendly and engaging while providing all of us with personalized services. Everyone looked beautiful and were very happy with the results.
