Bearded Barber ATX

After moving into town, looked for a barber shop that would deliver without the hype (or fluff). I visited several different shops before committing to an appointment: from the luxury higher end (membership type) to a few smaller places in salon parks. Really wanted a place that I’d look forward to coming in every three weeks and keep groomed. When I walked in, the place and atmosphere reminded me of the old school straight blade barbers growing up. Made an appointment and it delivered. Flight (Fabian) will make sure you look your best, easy going and relaxed. Never had Heli or Dakota but they do great work and I’d recommend them also. Online scheduling and updates from Flight when running behind schedule shows the commitment to service their customers. Skilled barbers who love what they do, always a good atmosphere and a good selection of craft drinks while you wait.

Everyone is so nice and chill - every person walks out looking like a million bucks! The nice chill fun vibe with leather chairs, perfect music and yes actual barber chairs. Mr. Fabian "Flight" Bailey sends me out the door with the exact cut I wanted and best of all - the smile and laughter set you straight all day until someone says, "hey there - nice haircut" - then you are on Cloud 9. Dave is the best! He does an amazing job every single time and really takes the time to understand exactly what you’re asking for. Just moved to Austin and was in the market for a new barber! Kotah came highly recommended and for good reason. He’ll 100% be my barber moving forward. He gave me a great haircut and a clean fade & straight razor lineup. I highly recommend this shop & Kotah. He’s a super nice and solid dude that had me leaving feeling confident!

I've been going here since 2017 and I can't recommend it highly enough. Especially Fabian- he's the best. I love that you don't feel like they are rushing through people. I think it is impossible to get a haircut you don't like here.

I’ve been to this barbershop twice so far — first with Chris and then with Fabian — and both times I walked out with exactly the haircut I wanted. I really appreciate how they ask for all the details up front, making sure they understand what you’re going for. That attention always shows in the final result. The conversations are always engaging, and the vibe is relaxed and friendly. On top of that, the haircut always comes out looking sharp. Definitely my go-to spot now, especially since I live nearby!
