Such a fun experience!!! Denise S. took such amazing care of us and kept all of us laughing. She arrived early and went out of her way to really make the experience top notch. Absolutely will be booking again in the future for any limousine/party bus needs!

What an amazing experience we had! My friends and I booked the Mercedes Sprinter for a night out and had the best time. Our driver was so friendly and communicated with us throughout the night, making us feel safe and well taken care of. I would definitely book again and recommend this company!

We have used Limos of Austin twice and just booked it again! They are great during the booking process - clear communication etc and then the experience was fantastic! We booked the 26 person bus and had an amazing time. It was clean/ looked really nice and perfect for a big group. I highly recommend this company!!

Our driver Doug arrived promptly in a nice clean late model SUV. Doug, our driver was very polite and friendly and engaged himself in our conversations as we rode. We arrived at our first destination, dinner, even a little early and told Doug we'd give him a text when we were read yo be picked up, likely around 630. At 606 Doug texted to let us know he was on his way trying to get to our location even before we'd asked because he knew there was traffic. ETA 642, then 651. There was good communication about what time he would arrive and that was updated frequently. At 638 we texted letting him know we would be waiting at the door. He finally arrived around 7. I feel like he tried, but did not know his way around the city well enough to get around traffic. Full disclosure I have lived in this area for 50 years and drive for a living, but he mentioned he'd been here for 30 and of course, he's a limo driver so obviously he does too. On the way to our event he took a much more circuitous route than I would have and I mentioned it, but he went his way anyway. Even the map app he was using told him to go the way I suggested. He said we needed to be on the north side (26th street) to get to the event entrance, which is true, but heading up San Jacinto would have accomplished the same thing and avoided the drag. We arrived at the venue well after the beginning of the event and missed the entire first round. He was prompt when picking us up from this event, but he was also parked in the lot at the event. When we arrived home I was a bit put off that because we arrived 30 minutes later than the time we had booked he added that to our bill. Yes, it is 30 minutes after the time allotted, but we also missed 30 minutes of our event. I tipped him roughly 25% of the fare even though a $99 gratuity was already added to the bill as a matter of their business practices. We use limousines about four times a year, but will likely use another company if possible. I want to reiterate that Doug was very friendly and polite.

Outstanding company! I've used them for several events and they are always professional, on time, clean cars, the booking process is simple, and excellent with communication. Would highly recommend!
