I was quite disappointed with my experience using Austin Prestige Limo Rental. Although the chauffeur was courteous and professional—which we truly appreciated—the overall service fell short in several key areas. Communication with the company was inconsistent, and the management appeared disorganized and unreliable. We encountered multiple issues with scheduling, billing, and general coordination, which turned what was meant to be a memorable outing for my family into a frustrating ordeal. It's unfortunate because the driver did an excellent job, but the way the company is managed left a very negative impression. I wouldn’t recommend their services unless there are major improvements on the operational side.

There were issues with timing, billing, and follow-through that made what should’ve been a special outing for me and my family stressful instead. It’s unfortunate, because the driver did his part well, but the way the company is run left us with a very bad impression. I would not recommend them unless the management seriously improves.
