I’m not someone who enjoys washing my car, but Whitewater Carwash definitely makes the experience easier! The customer service is always great, and I really appreciate the little touches—like the complimentary towels and vacuums—that help make things more convenient. Big shout out to Justin for checking in during my visit and making sure I had everything I needed. His attention to detail made the whole experience pleasant!

Whitewater Car Wash is hands down one of the best in town! The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and they really take pride in making sure your car leaves spotless. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, and the whole place is always clean and easy to use. I appreciate the attention to detail—they don’t just rush you through. Horrible car wash, left my back passenger door all scratched with the cleaning brushes, and one car dried is still all dirty! And even tipped before driving into wash port. Horrible! Update: has been over two months & still have yet to hear a word from the company.

This is such a wonderful place to wash your car! You can't beat the price of a membership. Today I mistakenly used the rug mat machine with my plastic mat and it got stuck. Aaron and another associate were so kind to help me. They were both very sweet. Aaron insisted on washing my mats by hand once he got it unstuck. So kind! I will continue coming back and recommending this place for others.

I had an excellent experience at Whitewater Car Wash! The service was fast, thorough, and my car came out looking spotless. Justin was a huge help—very professional, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to get this level of customer service these days, and he really went above and beyond. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality car care!

CRACKED my windshield at the Manchaca location in the drive through car-wash (the same day I bought a monthly subscription) and they took 0 responsibility for it. Dragged me through an incident report form and process that resulted in absolute zero assistance or responsibility. The staff was helpful but very disappointed in higher management to not take responsibility of this. It’s disgusting that a location that appears to be busy constantly with multiple locations wouldn’t take care of this incident and hide behind vague policy for an incident to their admission has never happened before. Don’t waste your time or money on this place, they don’t deserve your business. This is not representative of a business I care to have in my neighborhood at all. It’s so extremely disappointing. They do not have safe practices at all.

First time coming here today and the car wash broke when I was in the middle of it. Despite this happening the staff , specifically Aaron, was extremely helpful and kind. He got me 2 free car washes and even offered to shine my tires . This was top level customer service and I’ll certainly be coming back.
