Awesome experience at Washaroo! I got the mini detail for $100 and my car looks great. Everyone was so nice and they really took their time with my car. I think it’s important to do a walk around and point out spots they might have missed before you leave. Rather than get home and be upset that it’s not what you wanted, you can give them the opportunity to make things right! TJ and the team were so great that I bought the yearly membership on the spot!

Highly recommend! GREAT customer service! I was looking for a place to detail my mom’s car. I initially was going to go to Palm’s on Brodie but got scared off by the reviews, so I expanded my search, found Washaroo, and I’m so glad I did! My first time in, Juan came up and asked if I had been there before. I explained I was a first time customer with an appointment for a mini detail. He explained how everything works, listened to my concern about a specific issue, made an affordable ($25) recommendation to address the issue, and got started. He was patient with all my questions and wonderful to work with. I sat in the lobby and had a beer and waited about an hour and 15 min. Juan showed me the work, which looked great to me, and I booked another appointment so I could get my car detailed too! I was just as happy with my second experience. I recommend bringing cash for tips (but there are other tipping options if needed). I’d be happy to be a member if I still lived in ATX!

I am a member and fan! I had a lot of dog hair in the back seat from my beautiful Pyrenees, and they made it look brand new! Hard working and kind staff! Always, always tip! The deserve it!

I love Washaroo! I’m an annual member and it is so worth it (includes unlimited exterior washes and interior vacuuming). Staff are very friendly and professional and they have my car looking spiffy all the time. Make use of the web cam to time your visit appropriately. I never wait long as a result. Thank you!

The South Austin location is great. I've taken 3 vehicles there so far in 2025 for full and mini details and they've done a thorough job each time. They are very pleasant people and try to get you in and out quickly. If even the slightest detail is missed, they fix it quickly. We will be back!

I brought both of my vehicles to the 1st St location in South Austin and was really impressed by the service both times. The staff was friendly and helpful and took great care of my cars in a short amount of time. I had a lot of tar and road grime build up in my paint that I wasn’t able to remove and they were able to remove it all with the mini detail + nano wax service. I would highly recommend the service for anyone looking for an affordable and great hand wash and detail in Austin.
