Quite impressive! My car was completely covered in pet hair. I wasn’t sure it could be completely removed, if much of it at all. They did an amazing job! Definitely returning. Everyone was friendly. Completed in a timely manner, within an hour. For how much cleaning needed to be done, worth the price. I also used their car wash service and signed up for the monthly membership. Clean lobby.

Due to debris on I35 I got to replace my front bumper cover, grill, and one headlight lamp. Of course the other headlight had years of oxidation. Went to Plams and had the old headlight restored and, wow, what a difference. Tough to tell which one is new and which one is restored. Quick and economical (price id $59.99 but as I only needed one, only $30)

Love this car wash! I have a membership here. Great price, the staff is kind and quick. The vacuum area is always clean and equipment works great. Highly recommend the membership.

I want to start by giving credit to Liz, with whom I spoke on the phone last night. She was incredibly patient, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and gave me the clarity I needed before coming in. I wasn’t able to make it last night, so I went in today and learned Liz wasn’t working. At first, I was a little concerned because I had already built a rapport with her, but that’s when Del (played the role of Liz for the sake of what I needed today - their Jack of all Trades), Kelvin and Miguel were 2 of their younger employees who seemed like they had years of doing this under their belt, and finally Oscar who I believe is one of the top dogs that oversees each car that enters the detailing lot stepped in. They completely took care of me and exceeded every expectation. For reference, my car is a 2021 BMW 330i xDrive with a white exterior and black interior. I chose the Double Detail plus Ultimate Wash package for 99 dollars. The options I selected were having the vehicle hand-waxed and also having my seats shampooed, conditioned, and given extra care. If $ 99 seems like a barrier to trying, don't let that number deter you. I was simply feeling a little bougie today. They offer a variety of package combinations for cleaning your car, along with a comprehensive range of other utilities and tools that you can use yourself. This makes the process more affordable, as you can also participate in cleaning your own vehicle in unique ways. I have never left a car wash or detailing center feeling better about the shape of my vehicle than I did today. These guys showed real patience, explained everything thoroughly, and made it clear they weren’t trying to rush the job but wanted to do it right. That is what separates people who are great at working with cars from those who are just competent. All of you have my gratitude. Anyone who asks me for a recommendation will be sent your way, and I will be back soon for round two. Appreciate it. One last thing that stands out. About an hour after I had left, I got home and realized I had left something in their Detailing Waiting Room. When I called, they found it, placed it in a locked office, and I had it back in my possession in 15 minutes. It was evident that these were good, caring people, and the best part was that they're great at their job.

Liz the manger is nice & helpful. We give her 5 stars. Very savvy & knowledgeable. Been here many times over the years. Daryl is the best! A smart, savvy, kind, thoughtful, trustworthy, street smart cat. Ask for Daryl to detail your car. He does a great job! We tip him well, we put the money in his hands directly to make sure no one else is taking it.

I ordered a double detail service for seat conditioner and shampoo, and carpet shampoo. It included an ultimate wash. Upon pulling in to the service spot, I was greeted and asked what service was I looking for. I quickly got assistance. I was impressed by the double detail special pricing. I waited in a lobby which met beyond my expectations for a car wash facility. When I received my car these are the results. End up tipping more than I ever do anywhere $20 a piece for each of the two women. Thank you

Super favorite car wash in South Austin. They offer a great car wash system or the do it yourself bay situation (I think I spend around $6-$9 to wash my vehicle. After you’ve washed you can use one of their many bays to blow out and vacuum out your vehicle in one of the detail spaces. These folks are always accommodating and polite and professional. Can’t recommend this car wash enough… just great!
