A very good customer service - from reception to showing the options to selecting and getting the instructions and all. The exterior correcting was good and as expected, but the interior is a disappointment. Didn't even clear away the simple streaks that were there on the windshield. Had leaves still hanging on the carpet - how could someone even miss that. I liked the place, the ambience and the nature of it. Comfortable for customers while they wait on the car. But so that may go to waste if they don't do the work that is expected of them.

Just left this place five minutes ago, never had a worse cleaning job. This is my first and last time at this place. I paid for full interior and exterior wash - wow! Plus all my floor mats were put in sideways (clear logo indicates up from down) and on the wrong sides. I ‘d overlook this if my car was actually clean. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. This place is a joke! Also witnessed two supervisor level employees in what appeared to be a heated discussed while everyone else stood around - not cleaning cars.

My truck had leaves in the back and they took the time to clean it out, took off my antenna to prevent damage, and gave me the best customer service. I recommend them to clean your vehicle. The monthly price is definitely worth it.

Complete Disappointment with the Platinum Service I recently paid for the Platinum service at this car wash, expecting a thorough cleaning of both the exterior and interior of my vehicle. Unfortunately, the experience was a total letdown. Interior: The interior was even worse. The vacuuming barely made an effort; I found dust and dirt in corners that were clearly neglected. Additionally, they didn’t move any small items in the car, like bottles or papers on the floor. The seats and carpets were still dirty, and they didn’t even bother to clean around the pedals, which remained grimy. In summary, I paid extra for a service that didn’t deliver on its promises and didn’t justify the additional cost. I will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and effective cleaning.

The service has really gone downhill. Even as an unlimited member, the workers who finish at the end constantly miss windows and surfaces to wipe down. Today, I pointed out how almost every window had not been touched or still had fingerprints on it and only 1 of the 4 workers would attempt to address wiping them down. It’s tough out there but you should look elsewhere.

The worst service I've ever received. I've visited several locations and they've always been very attentive. However, at this location, they won't even let you dry your car. The manager knows nothing about customer service. He's rude and disrespectful. He encourages employees to do the same. We paid for unlimited service, it’s not free, and it seems like you owe them money instead of enjoying the service. They need a new manager. Dont recommend this place.

I love this car wash and the people so much. They do a really good job if you understand what the service really is. They don't offer details but the things they do clean are done well and done fast. The managers are very nice! Laci is my favorite service person.
