Had an amazing time on the Secret Food Tour in Austin with our guide Juan! He was hilarious, super knowledgeable, and made the history, culture, and food scene come alive. Every stop was local, tasty, and full of Austin character. Even with a big group (plus a toddler), the pacing was smooth—though the tour did go longer than expected, which honestly just meant more fun for us! Juan also hooked us up with iconic photo spots, hidden speakeasy tips, and recommendations for places to try later. Highly recommend this tour (especially with Juan) if you’re ready to eat great food and soak up real Austin vibes!

I booked the downtown food tour.
The weather was perfect high 80s.
We had 3 restaurants that were Mexican, 1 bbq place, smoothie shop and desert!
The portion size was not sample size.

I did buy on my own the peach cobbler and banana pudding at the bbq place.

Spaghetti With-A-K

I had the absolute pleasure of partnering with Callie and the team at Austin Eats Food Tours for a 3-hour corporate networking reception and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Rather than a traditional walking tour, we worked together to create a stationary food tour experience that brought the very best of Austin’s culinary scene to our guests. From start to finish, Callie and her team were true partners: collaborative, responsive, creative, and incredibly thoughtful in how they curated the tasting experience.

Every detail was handled with care—from the menu selections to the setup to the flow of service—and the result was a vibrant, engaging, and memorable evening that our attendees are still raving about.

In a city full of great food and big personalities, Austin Eats stands out not just for what they do, but how they do it. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.
