ATX Party Boats

We had the best time on the Darth Vader today! Our captain, John, was so nice and eager to help with things, the ride was lovely, and hooking up to the other boats and floating on the pad was glorious. 20/10 would recommend doing this when you’re in Austin!

We booked an Austin Party Boat for 2 of our friend’s birthday expecting a fun, all-girls experience but it turned out to be uncomfortable. Once we got to the swimming area, our captain randomly tied us to another boat without any explanation. Then, male passengers from that boat started coming onto ours, which was the last thing we wanted on a girls trip. Our captain was completely unavailable as he was watching a movie with AirPods in and so we addressed it with the other boat’s captain, and he just shrugged and walked off. Eventually, we ended up tied to two other boats making it four boats total, including one with families and kids. We looked around and realized no other boats were doing this. It felt invasive and unsafe. The floating pads were drifting into other boats’ space, and when kids from a different boat wanted to use our slide, we had to constantly make sure no one got hurt. It honestly felt like they were just doing it to make their job easier, at the cost of our comfort and safety. All the boats’ music was clashing!! We couldn’t even enjoy our own without it being drowned out. We asked to at least move a few feet away, and they refused, saying it was for "safety," which made no sense. To top it off, no one even acknowledged that it was our friend’s birthday, which was the whole point of booking this experience. The boat itself was fun, and we’re glad we spoke up and asked the guys to leave. That helped us enjoy what was left of the trip. But between the poor hosting, lack of communication, and total disregard for safety and privacy this is not what we paid for, and we wouldn’t recommend it.

he was so sweet and respectful! honestly such a blessing to be around!!! didn’t really say too much but will talk to you and be super friendly if you talk to him! so kind! i definitely recommend getting Tom! will be back!

Tom was an amazing captain for the Kourtney boat. Such a great time, took us out to a nice spot out there in the Lake. Made it such an experience for me and my family that I will very much cherish. Great captain, even better of a person. Couldn’t have asked for a better time out there.

My twin daughters had an amazing time celebrating their Sweet 16 Birthday on the Electric Feel with fabulous captain Jacob! He took us to a quiet cove to swim, slide and splash in the lake! We had a false start in the morning due to storms at the lake, but Jacob was able to shift our time slot to the afternoon to keep the party on track! Huge thanks to him and ATX Party Boats for a great time!

We booked the "Kim," a 22-passenger pink boat from ATX Party Boats, and had an incredible experience! Perfect for birthdays or any group event. Captain Brandon was super helpful and made sure we had an amazing day out on Lake Travis. Highly recommend!

If you want a good pilot ask for Brian he was amazing. He was very helpful and friendly. He made the boat time enjoyable.
