The team was so kind and welcoming! I had never shopped KS before and I was nervous about sizing. Everyone was so nice and patient as a tried on different rings sizes (over and over again, haha). Thank you for your patience and kindness, flagship team!

I came here a couple of weeks ago(almost a month) and left because of how hot it was in the store. I came back this weekend and it was even hotter in the store, I can’t believe that with all the money this store makes they can’t afford to fix the ac, I applaud the workers because even though it was incredibly warm they were still helpful and sweet. I left the store and didn’t buy anything because of how hot it felt, those fans they have running in the store are no help either. please do better!

My friend and I recently visited Kendra Scott's flagship location during a pop-up event with the Museum of Ice Cream, and we had a fantastic experience. The store was beautifully decorated, and the Valentine's collection was expertly displayed, which made it easy to browse and find the perfect piece. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the products and offered great suggestions on how to mix and match pieces to create the perfect look. The store itself is bright and spacious, which made it easy to navigate and find what we were looking for. It's clear that a lot of care and attention went into designing the space, and it definitely paid off. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kendra Scott's flagship location, especially during one of their pop-up events with Museum of ice cream With beautiful displays, friendly staff, and a great selection of jewelry, it's the perfect spot to indulge in a little retail therapy

Such a fun way to get customized Kendra Scott. The store is beautiful and the staff is well organized, professional, and keep the busy place flowing. If you want a Kendra Scott item - come here. You get free valet park wing and the full experience. The Yellow Rose hat bar looks like the perfect spot to get your custom hat. The boots are beautiful too.

My wife love this place. It has a cafeteria, outside patio to sit and enjoy your coffee. Jewelry are beautiful it has special offers discount on your month birthday . (More than 30%)

December 2023: I have never seen the Kendra Scott flagship store not packed full of shoppers where during the holiday season it was very nicely decorated. I love the fact it has a bakery inside it where has tasty drinks and delicious pastries. I picked up a few cookies and chocolates to take home. The back of the store was rebranded to have a western theme with a wide variety of products. I had my eye on a blanket and my wife spent a lot of time browsing around.

This is one of my favorite locations with a cute Sip & Sweets Menu and two patios. There is always special events like their Valentines one. - Amazing, helpful and attentive laid back staff. Shout Out to Amazing Dominique!!
