I just purchased new bedroom and living room furniture today from Mega Furniture, and I’m already so excited! The showroom had so many beautiful options, and I found exactly what I was looking for—stylish, comfortable, and great quality pieces. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, making it stress-free and enjoyable. We got our new leather sofa and seat from Austin Couch Potato this week. It’s wonderful. Beautiful, comfy and low carbon print as they are manufactured in Austin, Texas. Jake’s service and support has been superb. We we were looking for a nice living room set; modern ,and stylish and a couple of recliners for my parents. We found everything there. We did not want those bulky western leather sofas you see everywhere. we wanted quality and modern style. Last time we bought a leather sofa was from Copenhagen and I really prefer this sofa , their furniture and the staff , plus the delivery was on time. The entire experience has certainly been great, I will certainly look here first in the future.. My parents LOVE their recliners. We went back for a small fabric ottoman with the combination of colors of our living room that has an accent wall. I’m already talking to my friends and colleagues about Austin Couch Potato.

I had heard from friends how much they’ve loved Couch Potatoes in the past and had always historically gone with big brands that I know… The quality of which was always less than I would’ve wanted from somewhere like West Elm, etc. I worked with JR who was so deeply kind and lovely to work with – so helpful and patient as we were making decisions about fabrics. Their customer service is incredible. The fact that they’re locally owned and made locally is such a nice option. And the quality of the couch and comfort is Unparalleled from any couch I’ve had in the past. I would definitely work with them again and would specifically seek out JR.

Couldn’t be happier with the couch. JR was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The couches are fully customizable and feel much higher quality than sofas at major chains.

I came in after doing online research on a new couch and I’m glad I did. Jacob was a great help letting me try out all the couches I was interested in, answering my questions, and giving me time and space to wander around and consider my options. Having the fabric bolts to see and feel in person on a larger scale and to lay over the couches was really helpful in choosing a color and style too. I ended up going for an option I hadn’t considered online. I also appreciate the delivery options including the ability to have them take my old couch to donate to their partnership with Austin Disaster Relief Network.

Had a great experience with Chris at Couch Potatoes. He was extremely helpful tailoring options to our needs without being pushy. He found us some great options and was so kind. The couches are great quality and they had great fabric options at competitive prices.

I had a great experience selecting & buying a nice leather power recliner at Ashley Southpark Meadows last week. The friendly salesman, Kyle Vigue, met me shortly after I entered, & I told him what I was looking for. He was able to take me directly to the options scattered on the showroom floor, including bouncing back & forth to compare chairs. It was a nice laidback experience with NO sales pressure from Kyle. He helped me negotiate the price for add-ons to get the best deal for me. He thoroughly explained the purchase, delivery & warranty I purchased and I walked out happy (instead of stressed like I often do at some other high pressure furniture stores). Kyle Wise was amazing and very low pressure about me buying my new couch. I had just came from another store and the pressure was so high while trying to make the decision on a big investment. When I went to Ashley and worked with Kyle he took his time to show me different sofas and went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Never did he try to make me stay in the store, rather he helped me find something that fits what I want within my budget. Thank you Kyle and thank you Ashley for helping! This is the sofa I decided to go with in a different configuration.

Great delivery job, and I love my recliner chair but it makes a noise when it rocks. They offered new part said noise means base is broken. When it comes in I’m to call to schedule someone to come out. If they can’t fix it, they will replace. I love my couch. Not sure why, but Ashley only comments on great reviews… better to grow by addressing all.

Maryann was very nice. She allowed us to shop on our own until we asked for her help. She was very knowledgeable of all the furniture & options available. Then she introduced us to Priscilla who showed us how our choices would look in our home. They made for a wonderful experience!

Purchased a kitchen table and provided great customer service. The sales person was very helpful and recommended other pieces to compliment table. They actually delivered the furniture 2-3 weeks early and the experience was great. The delivery team was nice and treated my furniture with care. We had a lovely experience shopping here- Jaime was so helpful and helped us find some great pieces! My partner and I were impressed at the quantity and quality of framed/canvas art and accent pieces, and many of the decorative items were on clearance for 50-75% off. Everything they have is very nice and at a reasonable price point – we love finding places like that! Fabrics are customizeable, furniture is super comfy, and we plan to go back for a couple of rugs. The cool thing is Jaime saved the items we liked but didn’t buy to our profile, which I thought was smart. Great store and great employees!

I love to stop in here at least once every other month to check out the new lines of furniture that are coming out and study the interior design trends. The staff is very helpful and always lets me browse at my leisure but if I need some help there to give me some quick advice and assistance.

They do have some very high-end furniture so if that’s what you’re looking for I would take your time and make sure you find exactly what you’re looking for

The free design center service is amazing with 3-D visuals of the interior of your home. I did a complete home interior remodel with the assistance of Misty who has an interior design degree and an incredible talent. She worked with me to create a design plan for exactly what I envisioned. This included measurements of where to place the furniture as well as the hanging light fixtures, art work and decor. She works within your budget and is honest about what pieces compliment each other without any upselling. The website was fun to shop off of by liking favorites and she could see what was my style. Highly recommend Havertys and ask for Misty. She is a pleasure to work with.

I was doing business with the location at Cedar Park first (which I was satisfied with) but then happened to discover this one closer to my new home so I stopped by to see if they had this couch I wanted. I was greeted by Ken who was very nice. From our two day back and forth, he was always open and transparent with me. I’m not an “easy” customer I’ll admit. I am very thorough and stern on what I want and expect. The couch that I wanted only had a show room floor model left so I was a bit uneasy about buying it but Ken and the store’s GM were able to work with me and my wife to get us a great deal on it. From there, the sales purchase to the delivery of the couch was seamless and Ken answered all (and I had a lot) questions. I’m grateful they were able to work with me and I am happy to have my couch in my house in great condition. Hopefully I never have to exercise my warranty but from everything I’ve experienced with Mega Furniture, I am at least comforted that if any issue were to arrive they’d continue to provide me their great customer service. I know every customer is different and some may not have had as positive an experience as me and that’s always totally fair but I can at least say I did not at any point feel like Mega Furniture was dishonest or shady nor did I ever feel they didn’t take pride in their customer service to me. I’m a happy customer and unless something drastic happens they’ve earned my business going forward should I ever seek new furniture.

Here’s your friendly neighborhood consumer warning disguised as a rant:

Yes, the customer service was great—everyone smiled, nodded, and acted like they cared. Yay for manners. But I’m not here to hand out gold stars for good behavior while I’m sitting on a lopsided disappointment that cost me a thousand dollars.

I bought a small sectional—emphasis on small—and not even a year in, one side has developed a charming slope like it’s training for a ski competition. I suspect the foam inside flipped or shifted, but guess what? There’s no way to access it. No zipper. No panel. Nothing. Just a thousand-dollar mistake with a built-in defect. In most couches, you can unzip the cushion and fix the foam—this one? Designed to fail and stay failed. So I can only assume it was made this way: flimsy and unfixable.

And let’s talk delivery, shall we? I paid $200 for delivery, only to be told, “Hey, the truck’s too big for your apartment complex, can you take it the rest of the way?” What? No. Not unless you’re refunding the delivery fee and handing me a coupon for pain and suffering. I don’t pay you to become the delivery service. Eventually, they figured it out—but the hassle was unnecessary and stupid.

Now here I am, 7 months later, stuck with an overpriced couch that’s giving up on life, and I was this close to buying a bedroom set from the same place. But after this mess? I’m convinced this company specializes in selling bad furniture for high prices. I should’ve gone with Ashley Furniture—they had the same style couch, $200 cheaper, and with free delivery. AND they stand behind their products.

So that’s my TED Talk, folks. Moral of the story: shop around. Don’t fall for the smiles. This store? It’s all charm at the front, but structurally and ethically, it’s held together with Elmer’s glue and false promises.

Our shopping experience was great here Ken helped us find the perfect marble dining table set (including chairs) for a great price. We also happened upon coordinating end table/coffee table for our sofa.

A great selection of couches and loveseats. Charlie was a great help to us with price points and information about the products. As a good salesman he authorized a discount on the sale price as well!! We ended up selecting a set that was on sale and were able to get it within two days! They charge less than other stores for delivery and set up

This is the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with in my 47 years alive! First of all I buy this furniture ,2 glass shelves with lights on each glass shelf,then I wait for delivery and it comes in complete,so ilI have to wait 2 more weeks to get the shelves. Then they deliver them to my house and the glass shelves are shattered. I call back to San Antonio and I have to wait 2 more weeks to get them shipped to the furniture store. Glass shelve finally come in and delivery guy comes with only glass part and no power boxes to any of the shelves. Then the delivery guy tells me he will be back the next day and would leave the power boxes to to both shelves at south store in which I live up north. So I drive down south to pick up the power boxes in which they are useless because the furniture guy tells me that I need another part to turn on the lights on which when I purchased them was never told! 3 months have passed by and I have junk sitting in my bedroom waiting to see if there is another surprise! O my word! Then when Im on the phone with furniture guy I tell him” why didnt they tell me this when I purchased them and your just telling me 3 months later!!! Im like, I dont want these shelves just sitting here imcomplete for 3 months and they cost me alot of money,junk sitting in my bedroom cant even use them at all! Then the guys tells me that If I come in to the store he would show me how the lights can turn on,which they never told me anything about why they would not work. By now im pulling my hair and I tell the guy I dont want these shelves and that I was going to take these shelves back to his store and that I was not going to pay for them ,3 months just sitting there incomplete!!!! Then the guy tells me well thats up to you what you do with the shelves ,your taking the risk and I tell him “Im the one who is paying for these shelves I have had for 3 months in complete sitting in my bedroom ,no your not paying for them you just sell them and after you get the sell,you dont care! Then he tries to give me a number to call on monday,which I have called this number 3-4times already and all they do is say wait onther 2 weeks. Really,so any mistake from there part I have to wait another 2 weeks! This has been a nightmare! I will never buy from this mega store in my life,Id rather go to goodwill because atleast you know what your getting! Dont want these shelves anymore,im going to charge them a stocking fee for holding these incomplete shelves in my house! I cant believe the customer service this store has and i am shocked that they are still in business. i will never buy anyrhing from these guys again. You have been warned! of course this is my experience and my opinion,shop at your own risk!

I am impressed. I am “customer service” oriented after working in Customer Service for 46 yrs. I’ve delivered great customer service for years intentionally. (Treat others the way you want to be treated. I give it, I expect it). Ken and 2 other employees there were very patient, courteous, and attentive, as well as knowledgeable during my shopping experience. For an EXCEPTIONAL experience, SHOP HERE! We got such a good deal on a Ashely’s furniture couch and the customer service was top notch We’ve had some issues with our couch fabric (Ashely’s fault not Furniture Depot) and Ryan, the owner, has gone above and beyond to help us get it sorted out and even offered credit to trade in for a new couch. Definitely service you would never get through a big corporate furniture store!!!

I’m so glad I decided to purchase a new set of sofas there I was not disappointed I highly recommend this place beautiful new sets and affordable prices we love our new sofas and was delivered to me which is awesome !

5 star service from Shawn and team. I had a really fantastic experience this week. First, a dog greets you at the entrance. Already starting off great. The guys welcomed me at the front desk and gave off a low pressure, stress free vibe. No one follows you around the warehouse. Just go and find what you need. I didn’t want a hassle – and I got exactly what I wanted. I was able to browse the collections in peace. Shawn explained that lots of items were available for immediate use and that he could order anything else. When I picked out my selection, I was given the opportunity for same day delivery since a truck was heading in my downtown direction. Within two hours of purchase – my sectional sofa arrived !!! It
arrived wrapped and was immediately unwrapped and set up by two professional guys.

I only have good things to say about the team here. I’ll be back. They made furniture shopping easy and stress free. The selection is excellent too!

It’s very airy, with a great variety of furniture throughout. Many different styles, materials, colors. The personnel don’t stalk you as you go thru the store. It was easy to get help when we were ready.  This is not a high pressure furniture store.

This is the very best furniture store. Honestly, they have the most knowledgeable staff! I bought a fabulous chair from them a long time ago. Several years later I wandered in to ask if they could please create a twin for me. And they DID. I am so pleased with this store. Love all their employees as well as their bosses. They always treat their customers so very kindly. Plus they live as if it is their main job to make each customer feel joy!

I bought a chair from Skandinavia for more than three thousand dollars. It needs repair within the year of purchase. I tried to contact the manufacturer without success so I reached out to Skandinavia for assistance. They sent me a link to their furniture service page which says: you may not be contacted for 2 WEEKS to follow up on your concern. They also want your invoice number and receipt, however these are not customarily emailed to you BY DESIGN so you have no leg to stand on when you contact them. In ALL, they make it impossible and tedious to get anything repaired. If you pay good money for furniture, you would expect at least contact re: helping get into contact with the manufacturer. They ghost you once they have their money. Good luck to their future customers.

Great design advice, and customer service. Delivery time estimates were on spot and delivery guys were so careful and considerate. We have 10 year old furniture (bedroom, dining & Living) from Scandinavia that is like new and anticipate the same quality from the beautiful leather couch and chairs we just purchased. We could not be more pleased

We have been buying our furniture from Skandinavia for decades and it shows. Their pieces are classic in design and of such high quality that they last through generations of use. Our latest purchase was this perfect couch for our condominium and Maria’s expert assistance helped us to make sure it was a fit in both style and measurements! We will be back.
Update 2024! We did come back for a beautiful reclining Stressless Mary loveseat and Aaron was a delight to work with!

Copenhagen Imports has a great selection of furniture. The quality is very nice and the pieces are priced reasonably. Mark H was very helpful and attentive with our recent purchase of a console table. Mark helped us order a different color the manufacturer makes and provided updates on the inventory and status of our order. The item arrived quickly and is a great addition to our entryway! We plan to purchase a dining room table soon.

They used to be good. Not anymore! I bought a sectional for close to $10K that makes cracking noises – liked the bottom frame is going to split or something. And it already slouches, after less than a year. They picked up different sections three times and “fixed” them. One of the workers turned the couch to its side and scraped the leather. They had a specialist fix that, more or less. But the sectional itself is still not okay. Now they tell me there is nothing else they can do for me. Way to stand behind your product??

I also bought a leather queen bed. They also came out twice to fix something. It never worked properly, until I moved and the movers put it back together in my new place. But there are still some bolts sticking out that cut my knuckles every time I change the sheets.

I would NEVER buy from them again!!

Great selection of furniture—one of the few stores in town I could walk around for hours and really keep my attention. Prices are transparent and quite reasonable for the quality and style. Mark was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs. We “checked out” a few leather samples to take home to view beside our other furniture and came back to order our new sectional!

Nothing but top notch master pieces of furniture here ranging in the thousands not hundreds and made from high-quality Asian and Italian grain leather. Here you will find very unique styles and not your typical grandma’s couch style “Ikea on steroids”

We ordered an office desk and a credenza which are beautiful pieces of furniture. The arrival time was faster than expected. The service was very professional. The store manager helped us with the purchase, he was very patient and attentive. Love this store, definitely worth the investment.

Long-lasting/extremely durable furniture! We have had the Rusticos Sierra matching furniture set for a few years, and recently purchased the Kian counter height marble table set. Heather was great to work with during our purchases.

I needed a table and sofa on short notice, so I visited several stores, but they all had a minimum 3-day delivery time. Luckily, Rodney and Roxy helped me find exactly what I wanted and delivered it the next day, despite the fact that I live on the 4th floor. The delivery team was very friendly and ensured that our furniture was assembled without any damage. I want to thank everyone who assisted us – it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely return.

There is nothing like knowing you will not see your furniture or any pictures that you purchace in anyone one else’s home. Walked in and immediately had attitude by a woman named Heather. Right when you walk in the store the negativity hits you right in the face like the humidity outside. A woman I saw working there named Roxy was being verbally abused by a guy named Rodney over a freaking
lamp. I feel horrible for anyone who has to work with these people. The revolving door of abuse is real here

Had a truly great experience working with the folks over at Furniture Market. Rodney was awesome. We walked through exactly what I was looking for in terms of a higher end couch that was going to fit my space and also be comfortable for me, being a larger guy. I think that their selection was above the other stores I had visited that day and their pricing was definitely worth the value of the piece. He even worked with me to get the best price for the couch, which was lower than the sticker price. I was very thankful for that. He also gave me a deal on some Antique-looking flower pots that I was eyeing. It was a phenomenal overall experience. Heather called me to schedule a delivery date and working with her was easy and she was super nice. Even the delivery guys were awesome. Would 100% shop there again and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for nicer, higher end furniture.

Had a little bit of a misunderstanding at first but we got that straightened out the general manager was awesome so we paid for the items went to the warehouse to pick him up and who was there the general manager he came over to help us pack it up guys at the warehouse did an awesome job really like this place will definitely be going back prices were the best we could find and trust me we looked around all day long.thanks great people. Need more people like the general manager around guy went out of his way to help as he didn’t have to do that awesome dude

I paid $1,500 for a table in February of 2023 because I wanted to be able to host larger groups of family and friends. I didn’t receive it until April of 2023. The extender (which is 90% of the table’s value) was broken. I ordered a replacement. They were supposed to replace the entire table but just dropped off a new insert. It looked fine but I was unable to get the umbrella out of the original table to test it for almost a year. By the time I was able to and needed to use it I found out the part was assembled incorrectly. I called and was told to submit a case to get a new replacement part. After 3 months of not hearing anything I contacted them again. The company now refuses to replace it at all. Buy a $200 or less table from anywhere other than here. Additional any type of supervision can’t even be bothered to get on the phone. The customer service agents just say they’re messaging them. At this point it’s probably just a chat bot saying no. They may as well fire their customer service department seeing as no service is offered.

Adriana C was incredibly helpful! She answered every question and helped us design the perfect couch. I was blown away by her attention to detail and care. She also followed up a few days later via email, which was really helpful. West Elm has such beautiful designs, five stars!

My husband and I have never had a bed special ordered for us before. We were so excited! Unfortunately, we waited for 3 months and when the bed was delivered, it was not what we ordered. We thought that they would make the headboard taller like it was supposed to be and then exchange it out. They wanted to either pick the bed up and wait 4 months (because that was what it would be); OR keep the bed until the other one came, however, we would have to pay out of pocket for a second bed and after 4 months when they would exchange the bed out,THEN we would get credit for the first one. We told them to pick up the bed and we purchased elsewhere! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I hesitated to buy from West Elm because of bad reviews for years but decided to pull the trigger this year from the fear of tariff price increase. Their customer service are bad as I read. I live in Hawaii so I called to ship to freight forwarder company in LA. First CS person said they’ll refund ‘white grove delivery fee’ but second person I spoke with said there’s no such a thing they’ll charge me for white grove delivery fee no matter what. I asked to make sure to not to open the boxes upon delivery since they have to be on ocean freight. They delivered what seems to be the floor model without any protection and refused to resend, I had to pay freight company to wrap them for protection. Delivered and inspected and found some damage so called West Elm CS who said I need to email the claims. It has been two weeks and no response from West Elm. Probably never buy from them again. Too bad that I like their product but it’s a nightmare to deal with customer service. You may want to buy anything if they have it in stock, you can inspect items and haul yourself.

Beautiful furniture, but not worth the price. It is falling apart in less than 12 months. What is worse, the cabinet hinges are defective, but they won’t even come look at them. They also charged us for the Allstate Protection plan, but never submitted that money to Allstate. That is fraudulent

Nothing against this location, but the furniture we purchased at West Elm is terrible. Literally junk.

For $800 plus $100 for delivery this console showed up with over 200 pieces we were to put together. Is W Elm IKEA? We could have paid a lot less if we purchased this particle board POS there.

Then, (and we are organized and careful people) during the assembly, we noticed one of the pieces was off center (holes are pre-drilled) and there was no way to correct it.

Now, we have pieces all over the house and they are willing to picking it up IN 7 days.

Never purchasing from them again.

Had a HORRIBLE experience with “white glove” delivery.
I filed a complaint with customer service. After a 40 minute phone conversation, no resolution was found.
I am a female, who lives alone. Not only did the movers ruin my bed, but proceeded to scream at me and verbally assault me for something that was their fault. I am physically unable to move furniture around alone – again, I am a female who lives alone. I asked them the favor to help me in replace my old dresser with the new one and this triggered the “white glove” delivery men even more.
On top of it all, they forced me to leave a 5 star review otherwise they wouldn’t leave my house. I felt threaded so of.course I did it – I just wanted these men out if my house.
So much for paying an extra 300 dollars for “white glove delivery”. Do not recommend.
