Needed a certain style and color of pants and they didn’t have my size in the store, but Britney and Lucy were exceptionally knowledgeable about getting these items ordered and shipped to my place of business. Their efforts are greatly appreciated. Outstanding customer service!
Men’s Wearhouse Barton Creek is elite. Claudia dialed in my fit, manager Brittany made it happen fast—and when my size wasn’t in stock, they straight up borrowed a mannequin’s shirt and shoes for me . Left that poor guy nearly naked, and me walking out sharp. That’s legendary service.
I would like to start off by saying this is not the first time I have used Men’s Wearhouse (not this particular location). So I understand that getting a tux fitting at Men’s Wearhouse can be challenging due to high demand, the busy season, and limited staff. Still, my experience was frustrating. During this particular visit recently, I waited three to four hours for a consultation and measurements. I expected that delay, but when I returned to pick up the tux a week later, the fit was almost identical to the initial try-on—sleeves and pants were far too long. I then spent another four hours waiting for alterations. Two other people in my party picked up their tuxes, and told me theirs were ready, altered, with no issues. What added to the frustration was the service. One associate started helping me, got distracted by another customer, and completely forgot about me. I stood there for 20 to 30 minutes while he walked past me several times before I finally had to find another employee for help. I have never had this issue of coming in and picking up a rental and having it not being altered to your measurements. After all that waiting and extra work, I feel like I wasted hours for nothing.
Happy to relay my appreciation for the employees of Men's Warehouse at Barton Creek Mall. On my initial visit two weeks ago Wes provided great customer service despite the store being quite busy at the time. He helped get me fitted for the suit I'm wearing in a friend's wedding and managed to check back in with me at regular intervals when I was trying on different sizes, all while circulating and helping 2-3 other customers concurrently. I had to order the suit online since this location didn't have it in stock. The suit shipped and got to me quickly with their standard shipping. Once I tried it on at home I felt the jacket was a bit too roomy in some spots so I returned to the store today. Liam had me try on a smaller jacket, identified that I'm between sizes, and then offered to have the in-store tailor do some measurements. The tailor (whose name was Ms. Han, I believe), measured and marked up my jacket quickly. She was friendly and explained the adjustments that needed to be made. Liam then scheduled an ideal time for me to pick up my jacket well ahead of the wedding date. Great job all around by the Team at Barton Creek!
I had a great experience at Men’s Warehouse, Barton Creek. Liam was a great help, assisting with all aspects of my wedding suit rental, exchange, and return. Everyone at the store is friendly and accommodating. I had to get a new size for my jacket once my original suit was ready at the store, and the new size was promptly ordered and ready the day before the wedding. Rental prices are reasonable compared to other options, the quality is top notch, and the rental process is easy. Thank you!
I recently visited Men’s Wearhouse to rent a suit for my son’s prom. We were initially directed to the back rental section and waited for some time, only to be redirected to the front table—where we waited again. Eventually, an associate assisted us, and while she did make an effort, her demeanor came across as disengaged and unwelcoming. I even acknowledged my frustration and tried to reset the tone, but the interaction remained tense and lacked warmth. What stood out most was another employee who abruptly told us to move aside so she could assist another customer. It wasn’t what she said, but how she said it—her tone was unnecessarily sharp and dismissive. The most critical issue in any retail or professional environment is effective communication. When staff don’t communicate clearly or fail to show basic friendliness, it can come across as rude and unprofessional—even if unintentionally. This experience was a sharp contrast to the attentive and courteous service we’ve received at Men’s Wearhouse in the past. I did notice one associate, who appeared to work in the wedding department, interacting kindly with customers. Unfortunately, that level of service didn’t extend to the rest of the team we encountered. Moving forward, I’ll choose to shop where customers are treated with respect and made to feel welcome. Men’s Wearhouse, I hope you take this feedback seriously—your customers deserve better.
Normally I have to try and find somebody to help me, but on my most recent visit, I was less than 10 steps inside the door when I believe the manager approached me asking me what I was looking for, what the occasion was, etc. He was attentive, helpful, made amazing suggestions, and above all else, he made sure I was going to be comfortable in what I was being fitted for. It is no wonder he is the manager as he encompassed every trait that should be instilled in his employees. He is certainly leading by example. I will absolutely be back solely because of him.
