I kind of thought this place would be tacky full of coasters and shot glasses but was totally wrong. Who ever is the buyer here is incredible. There is such a breadth of interesting and eclectic items you could explore for hours. This place is a lot of fun to walk around and explore. This is also a great place to buy gifts for people who are hard to please.

Such a fun place. Lots of quippy El Arroyo cards, hand towels, etc. Definitely a fun place for souvenirs or gifts. Quality and witty items. Staff were so nice. Prices were definitely fair.

I go here for every present or treats for myself. Great prices and variety. I wear some of the clothes because the fabric is so soft. I buy baby toys for my friends kinds there. At times they have cookies and drinks while you shop. Plus they gift wrap. Very cool and fun place always tempting to stop in when I drive by.

A must go for anyone coming to austin! When I first stepped into the store, I was already amazed by the range of items they provided. As I walked into the store, I discovered even more pockets of spaces that seemed endless. (AKA the store is HUGE)

They have many unique little items that are reasonably priced. Great for all ages and I will definitely come back again!

Perfect spot for Texas themed merchandise, local wares, and has a nice selection of cute baby clothes. There is a boutique in the front and the rest of the store has a wide variety of novelty items. If you want a good Austin themed item this is a great spot for it.

Atown ist Austin’s best Gift- and Souvenir Store. Atown offers a huge selection of different Austin related gifts for affordable prices. Friendly staff supports you all the tone, making the right choice. I highly recommend this store over the tourists trsps on S. Congress Avenue.

Free parking is available. The location is a bit far from downtown, but you can easily reach the store by car or public transport.

This is a deceptively huge & impressive, multifaceted local gift shop. Bargains may be tough to find but I’m glad I got around to exploring here.
The staff is nice! Easy to approach for help and not micromanagerial as folks browse.

The Blue Gardenia is my new favorite place for cute outfits and gifts. The best part, though, is the owner (Bethany!) and workers (Kristin & Sandy specifically) are so helpful and fun—helping me pick out outfits and pair things together with zero pressure. I was so excited to visit Blue Gardenia, and today I finally carved out time to indulge in some proper shopping! I’m thrilled that this GEM is so close to Circle C, especially in an area where boutique’s are limited. The owner has been incredibly thoughtful in her selections. It’s such a joy to see a shop that puts so much effort into curating fresh and exciting products, from stylish outfits to fun gifts. Not only is it a surprisingly large store, but there is an abundance of choices. The team that helped me today was so sweet, offering honest and friendly advice—it actually felt like I was shopping with friends. There’s no doubt, it’s my new go-to for clothing and gifts! A lovely, large and light filled shop with thoughtfully curated clothes and outfits. Bethany, the owner, is warm and welcoming! The clothes are all comfortable and soft. The pieces are well made and reasonably priced. The mood is upbeat and classy (and a bit sassy) I’m very happy with my purchases. It was a joy to shop here!
The fragrances she had are also lovely. I would definitely return.

Blue Gardenia is beautiful decorated and stocked with trendy, beautiful clothing! They carry THE BEST gifts from cocktail mixes to skin care goodies. You will not walk through the door without a friendly welcome. The staff is kind and extremely helpful- not to mention they offer drinks!
Clayton teachers have benefited from their generosity, as well! Blue Gardenia is always willing to donate items or gift cards to local PTA’s!

Blue Gardenia Boutique store is another boutique in Circle C Ranch. They had a lot of women’s apparel but did have nice gift items. It was nicely organized with a friendly staff running the shop. The merchandise was more on the upper scale and great quality.

Absolutely gorgeous boutique with stylish clothes, cute accessories and fabulous home goods. This is exactly what we need down here in Circle C! The staff are really sweet and the owner Bethany is amazing–can’t wait to shop here again!

Second Street in Austin is a cool downtown area with a mix of local shops, restaurants, and chill spots to hang out. It’s trendy but still laid-back, blending modern vibes with Austin’s signature funky charm. It’s the kind of place where you can stroll around, people-watch, check out boutique finds, or just grab a bite on a sunny patio.

Food lovers will find all kinds of flavors here. La Condesa serves up interior Mexican dishes with an Austin twist — think oak-grilled fish and one of the city’s best mezcal selections (30+ kinds!). Craving sushi? She’s Not Here is a fun, creative spot with rolls like the Maki Balboa and Krab Butter, plus standout tempura and clay pot plates. And if you’re just looking for a good coffee fix, Jo’s Coffee (yep, the one with the iconic “I love you so much” mural on South Congress) also has a cozy 2nd Street location — perfect for strong coffee and solid breakfast tacos.

Very busy place at all times of the day. Can be confusing if you’re not familiar. Enjoyed Austin City Limits Moody Theater and their store very much. Everyone was friendly and seemed invested in you having a great experience.

Cool place and lots of places to eat,shop, and explore! Everything is walkable and close by. Lots of areas to chill and just relax. Nice photo opportunities too

I continue to walk & attempt to heal recent Trauma. I can only speak for myself but, I’m Grateful To GOD for allowing me to live Downtown Austin. Austin is one Beautiful City & Being Able To Walk It Everyday…I can’t help but To Find A Deep Sense Of Peace.

I mean look at what I get to see, feel, hear, & Witness With My Own Eye’s! Though it is a shame that the heat is dangerously hotat times… I walk as early as I can however…5 miles is going to take a little time.

For an ol’ timer it doesn’t feel like “Austin”. More like stepping out in the big city, but pretty cool & hip. Lots of good restaurants, bars, things to do.

Very nice area to shop and walk around. I suggest you do some research on where to park before you visit.

Such a cute store. They have an incredible collection of handmade goods ranging from high-quality pottery and wooden kitchenware to bags and more. There’s always a tag that says where the piece was made which is such a great touch! Prices seem very reasonable too.

Very cute local shop. Lots of little trinkets to look at. Not much was affordable but all of it looked very well made and high quality. If I was coming in here to do more than window shop I would need to be ready to spend $150 ish.
Workers were friendly and ready to answer questions I could easily spend 30 minutes in here.

If I lived in Austin…I would come here all the time. (Like if this place existed when I was at UT) But I don’t … but I will always remember finding a.ok essential oil here. And so many beautiful products. A wonderful Austin shop not to be missed. You can buy beautiful Japanese incense, handmade decor and soft textile practical beautiful home goods. A shout out to my bestie for loving this store, too, and the happy introduction. Lots of nice smells here. 100/10.

Still the best place in Austin to get good gifts for your people, birthdays, Valentine’s Day, the holidays, every special occasion they have you covered. Although everything is a bit expensive you can appreciate the craft and the art and the creative spirit. Everything’s cute and , unique enough for you to wow whoever you are gifting for. Friendly staff too, avoid the weekends cause parking can be difficult on the weekends since it’s right next to some popular restaurants in the neighborhood. Take Heart FTW

I cannot stay away from this shop, it’s full of beautifully curated, handmade kitchen and home goods, ceramics, and more. Because of the high quality and handmade nature of these items, be prepared to pay a little more than you may be used to at a larger retailer. It is, however, worth every cent to support this business and the artists they feature. The owner and employees of this shop are very friendly and I can tell that they care about their customers— it seems like they know so many people that come through by the way they talk to them.

Truly everything is perfect at Take Heart. The time, care, and intention put into selecting items is clear and that makes shopping a joy!

Great shop for home or gifts in the heart of East Austin. We go here to grab sprays and candles for our house and jewelry, self-care and plants for gifts for friends. Everything is super beautiful and unique! I have my eye on some of the pillows and throws and some of their light linen pants!! Definitely swing in and take a look around. The staff is always so nice too!

A small shop full of treasures owned by one of the kindest, most delightful women I’ve ever met. I bought a funky bandana and my friend got a silver ring. We also had a lovely chat with Bebe!

Adorable store; adorable owner! Bibi welcomed us into her store, and to the city of Austin with charisma and open arms. She also gave us some personalized recommendations for cool things to do in town. I got some silver ear cuffs made by the Karen tribe in northern Thailand, and Bibi gave me tips on using them and even helped me put them on. This is all you could ask for and more from an independent store in Austin!

Small world goods is a beautiful store! Their products are thoughtfully and beautiful curated and I especially love that they support designers and creators across the globe. The owner, Bibi, is so welcoming and sweet. I can’t wait to visit again the next time I’m in Austin!

What an incredibly curated shop with a lovely owner and admirable mission. I stopped in before catching a flight home and picked up an adorable and versatile dress and a cute little bandana. If I were local I’d be in here every week even just to chat with the owner. I highly recommend if you’re looking for something ethically made for myself or a loved one. Longhorn Fashions has the cutest custom hats!! They have the best selection of cowboy and flat brimmed hats and are so helpful during the creation process! The clothes are also SO cute, there’s such a wide variety of styles! Easily my favorite boutique!

I love this store so much!! It has the perfect gameday outfits for UT fans! In addition to clothing, you can even make your own custom hat! These hats are affordable and extremely fun to make! Addie Rose is hands down my favorite boutique! The selection is perfectly curated, with every piece feeling thoughtfully chosen and on-trend. I’ve found many of my favorite brands here over the years including Z SUPPLY, ROLLAS and Project Social. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! There is a personal stylist there on Friday- Tiffany is amazing! Whenever I go in I always feel like I’m shopping with friends (sometimes there’s champagne) and I leave with a great investment piece! Highly recommend stopping by—you won’t regret it!

I can’t say enough about this place! Wendy has the BEST, curated collection of any boutique I’ve ever shopped! I live in Atlanta and have endless options for shopping, but we have nothing that compares to Wood & Rose. You either talk to Wendy or Janelle and they are honest about sizing and will patiently spend time with you to work through any concerns prior to ordering. I was excited to shop here on my way back from lunch. I walked in the lady at the counter just looked up at me and continued her work. A couple of minutes later another lady walked in (I’m non-white) and the lady cheerfully welcomed her in. I immediately left. I will never support a shop with this type of treatment towards people! And yes I was going to spend a good amount for money. Terrible experience! There are way more shops that will treat everyone equally the same, avoid this place! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Amazing customer service, they could not be nicer. Had an issue with a pant that I bought and ripped the same day. They accepted the return gave me store credit, and since they did not have a replacement have been in contact to help me find alternatives.

Warning! This store is pricey but EVERYTHING IS SUPER CUTE! I found some items I would absolutely gift! I love the crazy sayings on the merchandise and the candles smell great! Check it out, find something you love and splurge a little. For me, I’m shopping online and adding myself to the mailing list for the sales! Either way, its a win! Gem of a store with high quality specialty items and women’s + kid fashion/accessories. You must check out their wide selection of unique (and hilarious) stickers and their fun collection of pop culture ornaments. They are also amazing at curating top-notch looks during UT football season (ladies, this is THE place to go to get some cute and fashionable Bevo-inspired outfits). This shop is an amazing find in Austin’s Mueller area – definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!

I stopped in this shop today before an appointment next door. No one else in the store and it was about 10 minutes til close. The two employees looked my way when I entered but no hello, no acknowledgment. It was extremely off putting. The stuff here looks really cute but there is no way I’ll support the rude attitude.

I was disappointed with Stella Dallas’s return policy. They only allow returns within 10 days, which is quite a short window. While I understand their policy offers store credit instead of a refund, the biggest issue for me was the limited time frame. I live out of town and wasn’t able to get back to the store within 10 days. I made the trip back to the city specifically for a doctor’s appointment 20 days after my purchase, hoping to return the item, but was told it was too late to return—even for store credit. It felt unfair given my circumstances, especially since the policy doesn’t accommodate customers who live farther away. I love supporting local businesses, but I think Stella Dallas could be more flexible with their return window.

The selection here was like nothing else. The styles are fantastic, we had a fashion emergency and they not only matched us an outfit but they had the perfect boots. Bri was great, we were so lucky she was there to help us try different combinations.

This store has such a cute atmosphere, and the girls who work here were SO helpful! I came in on both a Friday and Saturday and both times the staff were so friendly. They have a huge selection of clothes from casual to fancy. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Bought a beautiful dress from Stella Dallas and after one night out it ripped. I brought it back to the boutique the next day and asked if they can alter the dress or exchange the dress for a new one however they said they could not help me at all nor could they exchange the dress. For the price I paid I would atleast expect the quality of the clothing to be up to par. This place has REALLY cute clothes but just becareful about the quality.

Flew into town for a wedding and desperately needed a cute outfit and jewelry. Livee was an absolute godsend and found me fantastic pieces! The entire vibe of the store is extremely welcoming and very fun. Excellent products and it was a wonderful shopping experience. 10/10 recommend! Thanks again
