Central City Taxi

This is central city taxi #90,I have been driving with central city taxi company since last 7 months. I always try my possible best to take care of my riders. Safety is my first priority! If anyone have access to my riders they will testify that, I have good skills of driving and customer care. In case, if I had done anything wrong, I apologize and am sorry. Central city taxi company is the best company when it comes customer and driver issue arise! Wishing the best to everyone!

Really great taxi service! Arrived right on time at the airport pickup area, as scheduled. Our driver was very kind and helped us with our bags after our hard day of travel. He was safe on the roads and quick to get us home. The car was clean and had good A/C for this summer. Couldn't have asked for a better taxi!

I have been driving with central city taxi since 2024 with a great customer services and I always try to do my best to serve the community with a great respect. And also I really support the way the company managers dealing with the drivers fairly. I wish the best for everyone!!!

I got in taxi in Austin airport, starts from $10, after it arrived my location $52, but the driver push his finger on the meter several time to become $53, and then he asked me the percentage of tip , I clicked 15%, then the price went up to $65 for totally 12.9 miles. I prepare to file a scammer law suit to this driver next morning, but he changed his mind and dropped the unreasonable charging to $56. This is a scam taxi; I don't recommend anyone to this company.

Excellent customer service, called dispatch and a nice clean ride was assigned to service my ride request. Clean car and respectful driver. Will definitely use their service again.

This was the first and the last time we will ever use this taxi service. I could understand charging a little more than Uber or Lyft but to charge more than double the price is ridiculous. We were stuffed into the back seat with our luggage. The driver was less than friendly after he had us in the car. Never again. And we will never recommend them to anyone else. If you are flying into Austin air port, take an Uber or Lyft. Your wallet will thank you.

I was driving for Central City Taxi for two years as an independent contractor, and I left the company with an excellent outstanding . The company refunded my driver deposit on time as they agreed . I always recommend this company to everyone . Thank you very much for being there for everyone. ☺️
