Patriot Pool & Spa

Whenever I need pool repairs, I can count on Patriot. I have used them for all my repairs over the last seven years. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Recently, I found my chlorinator broken. Alex recommended the best option for my pool equipment and it was quickly scheduled and replaced. There could have been a little better communication on the scheduling process, but overall, I am very pleased with their service. The repair technician was also very professional and pleasant and got my pool equipment quickly running again. When you have issues with pool equipment, you need someone like Patriot, that is responsive, knowledgeable and dependable. Whenever I need help with our pool, I will definitely call them first!

Patriot Pool & Spa has been amazing. Jett has cleaned our pool for a year now and we’ve never been disappointed. He’s professional, courteous, and thorough. We were especially pleased, but not surprised, that Jett went above and beyond in helping us troubleshoot and fix our robot cleaner recently. He and the Patriot staff respond promptly to our questions and the service has exceeded our expectations.

Patriot Pools has been taking care of my pool for quite a few years now. They are by far the best company I have ever used. They respond to requests promptly and do a great job cleaning and repairing anything that may be wrong. Everyone is courteous and easy to talk with. I highly recommend them.

We are extremely happy with Patriot Pool and Spa. Edward does an awesome job of keeping the pool clean. The staff in the office keeps us up to date on any concerns or issues that arise. The technicians that have been sent out to do repairs have been very professional and informative.

Love Patriot Pool! I struggled with taking care of my pool for so long and even tried another pool company to save a little money but was not worth it in the end. Patriot is great with communication, love the before/after pics they send with every service, and have peace of mind knowing they have it handled! Would highly recommend!

We had Brian and Patrick come out to install a variable speed pump after our 20yr old single speed failed. They did a very thorough job, worked with remote support to be sure every thing was working properly and overall had a very good attitude and communication. The pump was very expensive and I was pleasantly surprised to get a note from Liz from Patriot that they would assist getting energy credit worth $300 from our utility. Highly recommend Patriot Pool.

Update after my original post. They sent a tech out to rebuild my pump but I got no paperwork or receipt. He also found a plastic piece that appeared to be discolored for excessive heat, but didn’t have it on his truck so he said it was fine. Run from this company!!!!I hate to give a business a review that’s less than stellar but I have had a lot of experience with this one and it’s has been earned. I’ve had missed appointments, bad cleanings and parts orders that they sat on for weeks at a time that were in stock everywhere here in Austin that sells pool supplies. Pics are hours after my recent cleaning.pool was low of water and it wouldn’t go into the skimmer basket. UPDATE. They have let me down several appointments in a row now. Filter cleaning resulted in a leaking filter assembly. Had a cleaner come out following the filter cleaning and they said nothing about the leak when water was all over the pump location. I’m glad I walked by and saw it. The original filter tech had to come back to fix. The following cleaning resulted in my pool left unprimed and running that way for two days. The pump was running dry. They sent a service manager out, when I pulled up, I went in the house, came out the back door and walked around the side of the house to find that he had left. The photos and video are what followed. I have a leak repair company coming tomorrow to find my in ground leak and they need the pool functioning properly to do the work. So I’m in a bad spot now. I called Patriot and they said they have after hours techs. No one has reached out to me.
