Reliant Plumbing - Austin

Well I guess I have to put this as a comment since I can’t review them now for some reason! Please all of you listen, do not use Reliant Plumbing ever for anything, I’m a veteran and they completely screwed me and my family, first off they dug a hole in my yard to tell me what was needed, gave me a quote and I agreed to it, paid them the 50% deposit to have them come out and cut holes in my walls to tell me by a so called manager (Alan) out of the Austin office that it would cost me another $3500 dollars to fix, I told him that is not what we agreed on and he then told his men to pack up and leave without doing anything else at all and then ghosted me, I was told over a month ago that they refunded my money and to this date no refund, this cam from a corporate manager named (Mark), nothing but lies and more lies, they don’t have a office to go and talk to someone in person and their so called support people can’t make any decisions at all. Reliant plumbing is a joke and not to mention they charged a different card that I did not authorize them to use, that card was used for the service call fee, I gave them a totally different card to bill me and they found out it was a credit card and just went ahead and used the debit card from before without authorization from me! I hate this company they are completely the worst company I have ever dealt with, I am going to put this on every social media account they have, report them to the BBB and I hope this hurst them as much as it has hurt my family. DO NOT USE RELIANT PLUMBING THEY ARE THE WORST1

Alex was very informative, professional and thorough. He took the time to explain options and talked us through the quote. He was courteous and respectful and an overall joy to work with. We’d highly recommend working with Alex and Reliant Plumbing.

We had a water pressure spike in our neighborhood which caused our shower to start leaking. Luckily, Reliant was already on scene working with some of our neighbors. Zack came to our home and quickly identified the issue. He was quick and efficient getting our issue fixed. I was very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and over all friendliness. Thank you, Zack… We greatly appreciate your help!

Alan Torres was GREAT!! We had a difficult plumbing issue, plugged commode, which I have had three times before over the month of August. Local plumber did an ok job and got commodes unplugged but didn’t examine the problem further. And they charged me a different amounts each time they came on a week day. Alan came on a weekend which I knew would be costly and was but he did give me a discount due to my age which was appreciated. But he was very friendly and checked issues beyond just the commode. He was VERY knowledgeable and after he left gave me possible options to replace the commode, which I intend to follow up on soon. We will definitely contact Reliant again to discuss a new commode and ask for Alan. Just won’t do it over a weekend. Very pleased!!

My technician was Allen...he was the very best. It took him less than 15 minutes to unclog our toilet. He was professional & super kind. He went the extra mile to meet our needs. He was able to come out within an hour and take care of our problem. We highly recommend him....and this company. They are good to Veteran's. Thank you Allen!

Mack did an awesome job! He was on time, professional, and easy to talk to. He found the issue quickly and explained everything so I understood what was going on and how it would be fixed. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.
