Even though I had given them the wrong paint name they were quick to come out and reroll the walls that were wrong color to ensure they matched perfectly. They were prompt thru entire process and cleaned up after themselves and even touched up a couple places that I had previously painted and needed touching up without my asking. The team at That 1 Painter Austin worked quickly and communicated well throughout the project. However, some of my yard decorations, fence, and fixtures were unintentionally damaged during the process. I’d suggest they take extra care to protect surrounding areas and pay closer attention to detail. Overall, they were professional, and with a bit more caution, I believe their service could be excellent.

I had Julio come out to my new build home to give me a quote on painting the exterior of my home. He gave me a fair price but what I didn’t know was with the price came poor service and professionalism. The website has a lot of false advertising such as taking care of items in your home, making sure everything is covered, and a 3 year warranty. His painters not only left bleeding marks on my baseboards but also broke my blinds. I have been trying to get them to replace my blinds for over a month and they have now gone radio silent. This company is a fraud and they don’t deserve anyone’s business or their hard earned money.

We recently worked with Vivax Pros to replace the siding on our 2-story house, paint everything, and install gutters. The team did fantastic work, and we are super happy with the results. Project Planner Rachel Ard worked closely with us to thoroughly review all the project details and prepare and finalize the project estimates. Project Coordinator Rachel Todd then walked us through the scheduling process and kept all the moving pieces on track during project preparations. Once it was time to start the work, Project Manager Jordan Pierce met with us to carefully review and confirm all details before work began and then stayed in close tough until all work was completed to our satisfaction and approved. Foreman Eduardo kept us posted on progress daily, confirmed details with us, and made sure that all work was done superbly. The crew was super professional, very friendly, and did an excellent job – including a really thorough cleanup after the work was done. From start to finish, working with Vivax Pros was one of the best contracting experiences I have ever had. Quality of work is outstanding and the customer service is exceptional. Vivax was no pressure, low key, gave me a quote last year and when I was ready, they reviewed the work and honored the old quote. From the planners in the office Rachel and Morgan, to the guys on the ground at the jobsite -Hayden the PM, Paige (PM in training) and Orlando and his crew they all were very attentive and detail oriented from start to final touch up and walk through. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with the results of having Vivax paint my house recently. Everyone involved was easy-going, listened to what I wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and did excellent work. Paige and her team were top-notch, beginning to end. Price was reasonable for what I asked them to do (including some carpentry repair work that I wanted fixed, rather than just painted over and hidden). Even renegotiated colors in the middle of the job when we decided that the initial colors we’d chosen didn’t work as well as we’d hoped, once we saw them on the house. We had a great experience working with 21st Century Painting on an interior paint job. The crew that painted the house did an excellent and meticulous job. We used 21st Century to replace all of our worn out Masonite siding with Hardy cement fiber siding. They also did some carpentry construction to replace damaged wood around the garage, doors and other locations around our exterior. After doing the siding they painted all of the houses exterior and our shed. We got four bids from various contractors. Their price was right in the middle of the bids, so we knew it was a fair quote. We also found that their estimate was much more detailed than the other bids, so we knew there would be less $ surprises at the end of the work. The work itself was perfect as well. The site coordinator and the crew clearly communicated with each other and us. We plan to use 21st again when we replace our roof as they are dependable, skilled and do an excellent job.

I had part of the interior of my house painted. They did a custom match and it turned out great! The entire process was so efficient. I met with the owners before they got started that morning and again when we did a walk through when finished. The painting crew was great! They came over and got right to work. They did an amazing job! They were very efficient and finished the project in several hours. The painters were very respectful and took care of my floors, baseboards etc.while they painted making sure no paint ever got where it shouldn’t. Amazing experience with 21st Century!!!! We needed the exterior painted and a bunch of carpentry done on our house. I did my due diligence and obtained 5 bids for our project. 21st century came back as neither the highest nor lowest bid for our project. The entire process from bid, to work, to cleanup was great. 21st Century replaced my roof. The were helpful throughout the job. They helped with inspection, the quote, and questions from the insurance. They were clear about when the job would done, how long it would take, and what I needed to do. Everyone was polite and helpful during the job. They extra things that they didn’t have to. They were responsive to me after the roof was completed. I am extremely happy with the company and their work. Because of the attitude of the management and workers I would use the company for any of their services.

My front wood door and side lights haven’t looked this beautiful since 2015. The last three guys who claim to be professionals proved completely otherwise. It has looked depressing since then. I decided to try Certapro and made sure to request they have someone that really is professional and knows what they’re doing. They had Angel and Daniela do the job and it was very obvious in watching them work that they were very detailed and knew exactly what to do. You have no idea how exciting it Is for me after all these years of looking at an ugly door. I spent so much money on the door and side lights years ago and it’s disappointing when you have someone restain and finish it, expecting it to look like it should, but instead it is completely the opposite. Two of the times I was wise and did not pay them In advance. I learned after paying Lomas paint and he refused to come back and didn’t even answer his phone or texts because he knew he messed it up big time. Serta pro never took money up front and made sure you were happy with the work. I definitely had no problem and speak very highly of the work that Angel and Daniela did. They are truly amazing, professional, and very detailed. I highly recommend them! I truly love looking at my door for the first time in a long time and I’m not embarrassed when people come to my home!

CertaPro did an outstanding job on my home. I was considering replacing my facia on my 1975 home with siding, at 5x the price of the paint quote, however Dustin worked with me to have only certain areas replaced with Hardiboard and other minor repairs/fillers.

The crew was great, cleaned up, and power washed and painted my four sides brick house in one day. It looks fantastic.

I’ve used 5 star in the past and would have to say the price did go up a bit but not the quality of the job. I think they did a good job but I went back for the outstanding job I had the first time.
I did ok everything on the last walk through, but since then have noticed several things I wish I would have caught at the time.
Overall I rate my experience and paint job this time an 8 out of 10.

Five Star did a beautiful job on our paint project. Our contact Mayra was really helpful, she even caught that at first they used a color that was slightly darker than my requested color. I probably wouldn’t have even realized but was thankful for her check-in and eyes. Their price was super competitive and they also threw in complementary window cleaning.

I had several estimates to paint the exterior of my home and found Five Star to have the best value of them all. They scheduled promptly and had the team out here on time everyday which was completed in 3 days which included a pressure washing day. This business truly deserves 5 stars! I found Five Star Painting on the Better Business Bureau. Karlos Salinas, Sales Manager came out, measured and gave an estimate that beat the other bid by a lot. Mayra Childs, Project Manager texted right away. The crew (Carlos and Lupe) power washed, and the next day they painted everything I asked them to paint with no mistakes, drips or runs.

Zach Robinson and his team did an amazing job!! They were able to get out and give a quote within 48 hours, and then had the whole project done the next week in only a few days. Recently bought an office condo in Westlake that was a great find, but needed some major updating (kitchenette from the ‘70’s, wild colors on walls from somebody’s idea of whimsical )!

Needed whole thing redone in a couple of weeks in order to move out of old place and get settled. Jeff and crew came to the rescue for the painting (biggest and first need). After referring me to a friend who did a great job consulting a bit on color choices (perfect off-white, sophisticated teal in kitchen), the painters got my little haven transformed in just a couple days. Calendario and Miles were a pleasure to work with – they offered competitive prices, were quick to get us on their schedule, and very thoughtful in explaining the various paint products and recommendation on sheens. Once the job was done they were also very thorough in conducting a final walkthrough and a subsequent follow-up when we spotted some very minor touch-ups that were noticed later.

I would give 100 stars if I could. Miles from VS PRO Painting is the best! We initially spoke about getting my kitchen cabinets painted on 10/02/2024. I didn’t have the funds as of yet. We have used paper moon for two exterior paint projects now, the first at our personal home and the second at our rental property. We had a great experience with John and his crew. They did a great job, the price was right, they were communicative throughout the process and they finished early. We asked them to come back and do some touch ups, and they did so promptly and did a great job. There was an accident when they were in the house and something of ours was broken. Not a big deal, it happens. But John went above and beyond to make it right and make sure we were happy with the end result. We will DEFINITELY use John and his crew again. In fact, we are about to contact them again for another project.

The contract states to power wash and sand, which they didn’t do . Just want everyone to see what you’re going to get when you go with these guys. Overly priced and not good quality. Stay away

This company should remove professional from its name. We had them paint the exterior of our home. Their contract states that they will do a whole list of items to prepare the house for painting. This list included hand washing the exterior, setting nails, scraping, and sanding. They only do these things if you stay on top of them. Hand washing never happened. They state that the job site will be cleaned during and after the completion of the project. This didn’t happen. Materials (ladders, painting rig, trash, etc. were left in our yard every day of the 5 days they were here. We still have masking tape on our roof line. They didn’t respect the landscaping, hoses or personal property. After reading so many good reviews, I was shocked to get such an unprofessional crew. Maybe it’s luck of the draw or unlucky in this case. I would not use them again and recommend that you find someone else to do your painting.

Follow up to business owner response:
I received a call from Mr. Contreras’ assistant as soon as I posted my negative review stating that the owner would like to meet with me. I asked to what end, the job had been bungled and I didn’t see any reason to continue our relationship. She said she didn’t know what he wanted but would find out.

A few minutes later, John the owner calls. He tells me that he’s thinking of firing his crew, can’t take payment for a job not well done. Continues for about 15 minutes telling me how great his company is. I reminded him that he had been copied on almost every email that I sent to his project manager and the only reason for any surprises would be that he wasn’t engaged. He said that he was considering a refund and would talk to his crew and get back to me in a few days. Never heard back, my second check was cashed the next day after our conversation, and the only communication was his response to my review.

This company’s idea of making things right is wearing you down until you want them off of your property. I’m still pulling masking tape off of my house (which I told John about in our phone conversation), picking up cigarette butts, and finding over spray on my brick.

I double down on recommending that you find someone else for your project.

Ludwin and his team repaired some damaged window frames for us. Best work I have had in my home ever! The team was extremely respectful of our space and very tidy. The work is impeccable. Communication was thorough. I will be using them again and recommending to friends and family.
