Makayla was wonderful, she really was thorough and timely. She called and provided a ton of photos without being asked. The turnaround was quick from estimate and job close out! Really can’t say enough good things, biggest bang for my buck in some time!

What a fantastic experience! Our air conditioner stopped working and after meeting and getting a quote from a popular company we decided to get a second opinion on options and costs. Henry Harris knows his stuff! He- and the rest of the McCullough team- are professional, communicative, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. Henry was a pro and the company was great to work with and we didn’t feel "zip coded" in their quote. In less than 24hrs after meeting, our air conditioner was running, again. I don’t think I was being targeted as a rube, but McCullough quoted me around $14,000 to replace my AC unit, which they said definitely had a blockage. The actual problem was that my main attic duct had been ripped in two by raccoons. A neighbor fixed everything with aluminum tape for $30 and the AC runs fine now. I’m sure they’re professionals and they’ve gotten great reviews here, but shop around for other estimates.

My AC stopped working on Saturday. Called McCullough, and they had a tech to our home first thing Sunday morning..The tech, Sean, was professional and prompt. He checked our outside and inside unit, and had the issue diagnosed within minutes. He explained the cost and set our mind at ease. He worked swiftly and fixed the capacitor, what seemed like minutes. I highly recommend McCullough and have nothing but high praise for their tech Sean.

Shawn stopped by during emergency hours and tried hard to get our unit going. He was so kind when he broke the news to us. Evan and the installation team (Richard & Arthur) were hands down the best. Evan immediately set us up with our unit, explained options & called to plan our install that next morning. Richard & Arthur were organized, neat, just nice guys. They waited until our unit was performing as it should. They did not just install and leave. Local company with that local care. Amber (sales coordinator) assist me with my questions & she was extremely helpful.
