Happy to give an outstanding review to Alexis Hernandez for installing a new HVAC system this week. Besides being knowledgeable and helpful,Alexis showed great concern about keeping the work site clean and safe. Before he left he made sure we understood the new system and he patiently listened to our questions.

Basillio and his partner, Luis, were excellent installers. They treated our house as if they were staying in a rental property; were polite and respectful. Basillio showed patience and expertise when I asked about the new unit components, and Luis performed a tiny bit of needed yard maintenance to place the new outside system. The team finished in seven hours, working diligently and efficiently.

I had a mold/mildew issue requiring cleaning of my mini split unit. Fox was extremely helpful in having technician, Shane, come out first thing the next morning after I called. Shane was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and explained all of the issues well, step by step. He was so kind and pleasant and I would recommend him for anything I need in the future.

Guys! This company is amazing! I called @ 7:44 this morning. At first they didn’t have anything. But she checked with her technician John Price and he said he would take the call. Guys! He was here in way less than an hour! My husband explained that we were replacing our electric water heater . When we went to plug it. It wasn’t getting power. It was only reading 120 volts when it should have been reading 240. John went out to our breaker box and immediately found the issue. He called us out there and explained everything. What the issue was. What we need to do to fix it First of all.. the price for a service call on a Saturday morning was really good! But if we decided to do the repair. That goes towards the repair! It needed one of the circuit breaker things in the breaker box replaced. He told me the name. But I already forgot. He gave me the price and of course I said yes please! We signed and let him do his magic. He did the repair and then even made sure the water heater came on! He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very trustworthy! I felt comfortable having him in my home. And feel blessed that I found this company. John price, Thank you! Like for real thank you! I hope they do take you out to lunch! Cause you absolutely deserve it! Guys if you are looking for an electrician call Fox! You won’t regret it. You Might even be lucky to meet John.

Ralph Granados was exceptional. Within a few hours of requesting service, Ralph was at my house inspecting my water heater. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced so I thought it would get done a few days later. Nope, it was done the same day. I had left the country that day. Not a great way to start my vacation but Ralph replaced it while I wasn't at my house. He was very courteous and professional which made the unfortunate circumstance much better. Fox, go ahead and buy Ralph a very nice steak dinner!! I will definitely be using Fox again!!

Had both A/C and furnace units replaced with Diakin units after one of my aged units went out. Fox Service was able to respond the same day and we had a good discussion about option. My units were aged so I decided to bite the bullet and replace both. Fox Service walked through my options and after selection, were able to perform the install the next day. Jose Castelan and Ernesto Sanchez were leads on site and did a very professional install.

Bardo and Silence came to work on our A/C and spent 6+ solid hours in our home, working tirelessly and diligently. They never ceased! They were so incredibly pleasant and professional. Thoughtful and responsive, very respectful of our home. Answered our questions and explained the procedures. Even after such a long day, they never complained or let their professionalism slip. Constant professionals and gave top notch service!
