Terrapin has been great. After a surprise compliance issue, we had to relocate out service drop to a different part of the house. It was a complex project and I received 4 estimates from different companies, and ultimately decided on Terrapin. Their pricing was competitive and they're very professional over the phone and on-site, arriving when they say they'll arrive. I'll be using them again for future electrical services.

It was an excellent job. I think I was severely overcharged based upon some other recent ground wire work I’ve had done at my house ($225 for more in-depth outlet work). When I questioned about why the price was twice as much, the response was that he had to drive from Austin. So what you're telling me is that it's my fault that I'm paying exactly twice as much as the other ground wire work because you came from Austin? So basically I paid $225 dollars for your transit from Austin and $225 for the ground wire work. That's just absolutely ridiculous! The only reason I went with this company is because the company that is installing my motorized screens uses them. That's alright though, fool me once, shame on you. It won't happen again! Had a great experience with Terrapin today! I had an odd electrical issue at my home, and called them for help. They were helpful even just on the phone making sure I'd already checked the easy things first, but also recommended that I contact the city before having them come out, which I did. When the city couldn't resolve the issue, Terrapin was able to come out same day and get me fixed up. Appreciate the quick turn around and great support.
