The tech arrived within the 1 hour window and immediately proceeded to check out the aircondlting unit as well as the returns and the vents and the components in the attic. His troubleshooting of the outside unit found the problem and it was quickly fixed. Afterwards a discussion was held about future ideas as the unit was 18 years old. I was pleased with the service I received

Don was great - professional, knowledgable, and courteous, despite a little parking issue at my complex. Both Sears technicians that have been here were conscientious and cleaned up after their work as well. My range is up and running and I am thankful!

I'd give them about 1/10 star if I could. Their model of assigning and keeping one Tech. on an issue is absolutely awful for the customer. You are at their mercy for scheduling and they use very inferior replacement parts. AVOID THEM! Since they would have forced me to wait a whole month to get an easily available part for my washer, I opted to call another company, Grimm Appliances. Grimm had the part to me and installed within 3 hours! Grimm provides Excellent service! I'll certainly NOT be extending the warranties on my washer and dryer with Sears.

Mr Sabas from Sears was very nice and explained everything he was doing and what was wrong with the system and also told me about the regular maintenance I can do myself to keep the AC running. Easy to talk to and professional.

Mohammad was polite and made what he thought was a fix. However a day later my AC stopped cooling again. Had to go book another appointment which is 10 days later. A long time in Texas heat. A very unreliable company that is quick to collect payment but does not emphasize quality work or even doing the job right. 10 days later it was decided a sealant was needed. IT is now being ordered and I have no idea when it will arrive and when I can have my AC back again. Horrible experience and taking a month to fix an AC is a complete failure by Sears. Their phone number in the response by the bot is never responded to as well.

Super Fast Service and professional! Had to order part for washer, came a few days later and George was able to come a day earlier than scheduledto complete repair. Highly recommend!!
