Excellent team here! Sam, my trainer, is just superb. She listens well and provides wonderful insight and encouragement to help me meet my goal. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Although my PT was very nice, she was not concerned about getting results. She kept on with the same exercises despite my pain getting worse, so I had to discontinue treatment and move to another PT who has been able to help me improve with manual therapy.

I enjoy going to Spero because everyone is so helpful, friendly and kind. If your therapist is helping someone else when you finish your exercise then someone else will get you started on what you do next, everyone works together. I enjoy going here.

I have really enjoyed my physical therapy and the therapist here at Spero Bastrop. Although a small facility, they have met all of my PT needs.

So, prior to my first appointment I notified them I needed a pre-authorization for my insurance so that all treatment would be covered. they waved me off and said yes, everything was taken care of. it was not. insurance tells me that I can get the authorization retroactively, and they will then cover it . the front desk person tells me they don't know how to do that. I give them my the number of the authorization department of my insurance, and ask that they call me back once everything is settled. I never receive a call back. two weeks later im sent a bill!!!! they are purposely dodging my very understanding insurance agency so that they can charge me !!! what a scam!!! hopefully they'll see this review and maybe have the decency to contact me!

The therapist Dr. Blalock has quickly helped my hip rehab more than anyone else in over two years of pain. She is very proficient and personable, and has extensive background in manual techniques that really work. And Alaina is very helpful and kind in scheduling. I am so pleased with my progress here.

Excellent therapist, Michael, and Blaine at the Katy location I've had three sessions and my pain level has decreased from a 7 to a 4. I had pain in multiple locations throughout my body from bilateral hip implants,knee and shoulder implants. The Scoliosis was the pain that was the worst. These guys are the best therapists in Texas.
