Five out of five stars is not enough to describe my experience specifically with Tony with Capitol Home Health. Tony is a friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and an “over the top” physical therapist. He explains the exercises and watches me do them, and he also explains the healing process after having a hip replacement. Tony’s positive and caring attitude makes me look forward to each session.
Wendy, who does the initial & end evaluations, is wonderful as well. Her knowledge and experience is evident.

I had a hip replacement and had Capitol Home Health coming out to my house for physical therapy. I feel like I hit the jackpot with my therapist, Tony. He was so great at explaining all the things I did not know, this being my first major surgery. Tony eased my mind every time he came by, especially that first week when I was experiencing so much, physically. But really I felt so much better every time he came to the house.

I’ll try to keep this short bc I know we all stop reading at some point, lol! I cannot say ENOUGH good things about Alycia and her team of care givers! We hired them as an out of pocket care team to supplement the max amount of care provided by the home health companies and Medicare. In other words to be a secondary resource for my aunt’s care. My aunt is no simple case, she’s bed bound,has a clostomy bag,a catheter, is overweight and only has one working hand. We have an emergency of some sort at LEAST once a week.
Soon after hiring Alycia and team it became clear that THEY, not the doctor or home health companies were they ones that REALLY cared and ADVOCATED for my aunt!! What I thought I was getting as supplemental help, has been the back bone and my rock! Though not her job, Alycia had manage the other legs of Aunt M.s care . They held both the assisted living facility and home health companies accountable for the level of care that was/not being provided. Took time to have meetings with house staff and train them on all of the medical devices/bags/lifts that my aunt needs. This should have been home health, but nope! I could go on and on with the above and beyond.
To sum it up, helping a family member with health struggles is HARD and it’s really difficult trying to know and tell what’s being done, what CAN be done, what’s normal,and what’s neglect. I would not have made it through (my aunt might not have either) these last few months without Alycia, she has earned my complete trust time and time again If my parents also come to need help, she will be my go to for them as well. Let me start with overall as a company the whole experience was okay, frustrating to get started for sure with all the approvals and such.
I was injured at work and broke both bones in my right leg and had to have two separate surgeries to fix the damage that was caused.
Now I had to try to get physical therapy all set up. Early in the process it was impossible to get anyone to call me back and help get this going, but when it did get going the people were great! It took me a while to find a solid contact at the company until I spoke to Kris Gonzales – he is the ” Operations Specialist for the greater Austin area” and the only one the will call you back. If this guy tells you he’s going to follow up or do something to help, by God he actually does it!
He has been awesome to work with and I would have tried to find a different company after all the issues I had early on, but because of him Kris and ONLY Kris and his ability to follow up is why your getting this review! You guys should absolutely celebrate him and his dedication to what he does for us the injured.
That guy deserves a raise, and should be the only person reaching out to all of your customers. You have a ROCKSTAR for an employee there, you’re going to want to keep that one.

Brightstar blocks users from their social media who expose their history of patient abuse, neglect, and abandonment.
The most alarming part of the open records request on Brightstar was the number of other patients they’ve harmed. This place needs to be closed down.
In spite of the findings against them, Brightstar has taken no accountability. There’s been no apology. Only threats to try to silence those who speak out.

We used CK for about a year for my dad’s care. The ladies in the office were very polite and helpful in finding the right people for my dad. Their text responses were timely and helpful in providing scheduling information each week. We had a few caregivers that were not as professional or competent as others, but once we found Juana and Sumaia, we were very pleased and so thankful for them! They loved my dad and truly wanted to give him the best care they could. My mom felt safe leaving my dad with them. They were patient, had kind voices (my dad couldn’t see), helpful to my mom, always positive when they came in, continued to find ways to better assist my dad, and even came to his memory care facility, when we moved him, to help ease the transition from home. My 83 yr old father, who live in assisted living, underwent a surgery that had a risk of post surgical bleeding. We felt it would be safest to have 24/7 care for him to monitor for signs of bleeding and infection.

Several of these 5 Star Reviews are fake!
Do not be fooled by them.
DO NOT USE this company!
They do not ever contact the family.
When they do, its always the wrong point of contact.
The family member who holds Medical Power Of Attorney of the aging loved one is never contacted and not included in any of the important care of their loved one.
They misplace your loved ones personal property at the hospitals and rehabilitation centers that your loved ones are staying at too.
They do not follow up with family.
They do not answer calls or emails.
They do not assist families to navigate the pathway to assure the loved one is safe.
They lie about what they will do for you.
They email you screenshots from Google stating they are not required to send assistance to your loved one.
They do little to nothing to meet the needs of the loved one or their family.
They promised the loved one a proper bed, they had over 6 month to get it, never did.
When the loved one was sent home Cella Bella was supposed to provide him with the bed and several important medical supplies.
They never did.
They also leave much of the responsibility to the aging loved one who obviously should not be left to do many important tasks alone.
They were asked to assist with aging loved one and his family to help him get placed in a facility in Tarrant County.
Instead they tried to coerced the loved one, who is suffering from serious medical issues both cognitive and physical, to be placed somewhere in Austin far away from family.
They never even consulted the family member whom is medical power of attorney about this.
The few interactions the family had with Cella Bella staff, they were robotic, not knowledgeable of the rights of patient or family, they did not display empathy or care at all, and even could not get the patients name right.
Then after family finally figured out their rights and their loved ones right and got a new service this horrible place had the nerve to call the wrong family member and apologize, really?
This place should be shut down!

This week I had the opportunity to be present while I witnessed the heart of Cella Bella. I’ve been a liaison little over 3 months and have already felt the passion in this company for caring for another person.
This was shown this week while visiting a resident in their home to see if they were acceptable for services. Resident is 94 yo and has zero family that helps her and has exhausted her benefits of receiving home care. You could hear in her voice that she was in distress and mentioned she had not bathed in two weeks nor washed her hair in three months…Me and my head administrator, who is nurse certified, took it upon ourselves to do the right thing and get a meal for her, bath her, and help her put fresh clothes on. We also helped clear her voicemail box so she can get new messages 🙂 The look on her face after the shower was priceless. Good thing we got the call!
Goes to show that Cella Bella not only has integrity in their professional line of work but has an obligation to do the right thing. This was a bedside that I will never forget..

My experience at Rosie’s home Health Care although not very long as I ended up getting transferred through no choice of my own to a different organization because of a different program etc etc. My time there was very pleasant. Maria the office manager is extremely helpful I never would have made it through the whole process without her. They are absolutely on point they do everything they say they will do and when they say they’ll do it they are all about timing and keeping their word and that’s very important these days and harder and harder to find Rosie’s healthcare definitely gets a thumbs up in my book

Rosy Home Health is a great place. My grandfather loves this agency and especially Mrs. Brenda. This lady was God sent to us and shared agencies that would accommodate my Grandfather’s needs. They don’t pressure you to work but it’s always better to let them know ahead of time that something came up and you can’t go into work so they can find someone else to take your place. Team work….

I am a senior citizen living alone. From early this year until the beginning of May, I was dealing with a couple of medical issues that limited my energy and physical ability and took a great deal of my time. I had home health support, but during that time also needed assistance with household chores. I was referred to Right at Home, and was able to easily and quickly arrange for in-home support.
A delightful young pre-med student from the University of Texas at Austin came to my home once a week to help with housecleaning, clothes washing, and grocery shopping. Perhaps more importantly, he provided enjoyable company.
My condition improved after a few months of Right at Home support, and I terminated the service. However, I was glad to know that, should the need arise, I would be able to easily reinstate the support service.

Right at Home has served our family with care for both my mother, during her final days in hospice, as well as most recently with my father as we worked to move him from a skilled nursing facility into permanent memory care. If the fact that we’ve been a repeat customer isn’t enough of a positive review, let me be clear and say that Right At Home staff were responsive and incredibly kind. The office and staffing folks always let me know what to expect, always answered my calls and questions, and the care providers for my dad recently were off the charts wonderful — Monna especially. They provided overnight care, so we did not overlap in person very much, but Monna took detailed notes about how dad’s nights were, even including some sweet conversational anecdotes and kindnesses toward him and our family. You would be smart to use Right At Home for your needs, and especially blessed if Monna shows up at your door.

This is truly a fantastic company. I can’t really say enough about them. I needed emergency eye surgery recently. As my mom’s sole caregiver, I desperately needed someone to stay with her while I was undergoing the procedure. Under a very short deadline, they provided Cleo a fantastic amazing care provider that stayed my mom for over five hours and took updates on her phone on my condition. I also placed a call at 5am in the morning to a Right at Home supervisor on a few details I needed to clear up before the surgery at 7am. Amazingly, they picked up the phone and answered all my questions. I can’t think of another company really that would go that far out of their way to help a client. That is just some amazing customer service on their part, and I can’t thank them enough.
