Very patient while teaching me about my new upgraded hearing aids. After my 2 wk trial period I was ready to return them for a refund. I even brought the charging station for them when I returned so it would be a complete return/refund. But then she took the time to explain again about the new features and how it all worked. I left there feeling much more confident about how to use them. It has been a few months now and I am really enjoying them.
