Kristen is amazing. On first visit she was able to understand, diagnose and explain what's been happening inside my body over the course of years. Finally, after many, many years, someone who knows where to start with the solution and what to expect. I now have hope for a much improved life!!

I've had consistently great experiences with Dr. Keener and her team over the past two years. The office staff is polite and professional, the facility is lovely, and I could not be more satisfied with the results I'm getting with hearing aids. Highly recommend!

My first appointment with Dr. Keener was very informative and helpful. She even gave me loaner equipment to try out while my custom ear pieces are being made. Looking forward to returning to pick up my new hearing equipment she recommended.

Dr. Keener is just wonderful. I saw her for a follow-up after not seeing her for 4 years and she really puts me at ease. We have a plan to manage my tinnitus and stress (as stress & anxiety really plays a role in my tinnitus). She has a wonderful bedside manner, is extremely thorough, and I can't recommend her enough to anyone concerned about tinnitus or their hearing.

The appointment was easily scheduled - all aspects of the visit were enjoyable and very professional. I learned so much about my hearing! Dr. Matthew Randal showed real interest in my questions and made time to discuss the test results and options during my initial appointment. Location is on a quiet side street and in a quaint residential building (nicely refurbished into offices), with a parking lot adjacent.

This place is wonderful. I worked with Matthew, and he was amazing. I've been hearing impaired my whole life, and ten years ago, I went to a different place for hearing aids. I HATED those hearing aids. They physically hurt my ears, they gave me headaches, made my tinnitus worse. I just couldn't wear them as the cure was worse than the disease. My tinnitus recently got worse, and after lots of nagging... I mean... gentle encouragement... from my husband, I decided to try again. From the start, Matthew really listened to me about why I'd hated my last hearing aids, and as I later told him, "I no longer have anything to complain about." He addressed every single one of the issues I'd hated about my last hearing aids. I'm still not used to being able to hear well, so it's an adjustment. Btu I absolutely feel cared for and encouraged by IlluminEar. (Also, they're going to help me donate my old hearing aids. They're still functional; I just hate them.)

I was so impressed with how comprehensive and informative my hearing exam was. Matthew was so knowledgeable and empathetic in his approach. He explained everything and totally embodies the principle of patient care.
