Super nice and professional staff! I been wearing hearing aids for 10 years and today was the 1st time the Beltone representative took the time to explain some of features. I have been happy with Beltone for several years … now I am super happy! And YES I hear better!!
I had what I thought were Beltone hearing aids. Being new to this city I looked up Beltone Hearing centers and came to this one via GPS. I was greeted like I was an old friend and treated great. Found out I do not have Beltone hearing aids, but was taken care of my issue with no charge. Too bad I don’t have Beltone because I would definitely be back if I did.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend them for any hearing aid needs.

Andrew did a great job testing my hearing and explained details of my hearing loss. He described it in a way I understood completely.
