I Had the most wonderful experience here. The staff are very welcoming and very sweet. I felt comfortable the whole time. I received an ear cleaning and it was such a smooth and easy experience. Very hands on and I never felt like I was in the dark about what was going on, I even learned more about eardrums! 100% trustworthy and budget friendly, even without insurance. Will reccomend

Several of our family go to Austin Hearing Aid Center, and we really appreciate their personnel and office environment. Allison takes her time to evaluate your hearing in detail, and they are in a small office with lots of music memorabilia.

From the parking lot to the waiting room was wonderful.Then I met Shelia.We had fun talking about how she was named.The Art throughout the office was very enjoyable and informative.Mrs.Wooten gave me the most thorough examination I have ever been given by an Audiologist.She spent a very long time checking my hearing and then set up my hearing aids, connected them to my phone,then explained to me how to use my phone to operate my hearing aids.I was amazed and grateful for the care I received.

Tony was awesome at his job. He is super professional as well as the rest of the office staff. Will totally recommend to come visit.

I'm always a bit uneasy going to any Dr's office but any apprehension I had was quickly quelled when greeted by the friendly staff. Dr Anna was a true professional through and through and I couldn't have had a better experience. She worked very quickly and her experience was very evident. As a big plus, pricing for everything was extremely fair and they saved me a ton of money vs buying my hearing devices directly from the manufacturer. This is now my go-to business for any audiology needs and I can feel good recommending them to anyone.

Dr Zappler was very knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain things to me and seemed to genuinely care.

Awesome first-time experience at Austin Hearing Aid Center with Dr Allison. I was able to make an appointment completely online same-day for only ~$100 for a super thorough and professional ear cleaning. They used top of the line equipment, walked me through every step of the process, and the environment was very clean and comfy. Super friendly staff. Had all of my hearing back in about two minutes. Will definitely be back!
