It was our puppy’s first trim she was very calm going in a coming out. Her appearance after was much better than I hoped for.

Scenthound did a great job grooming my Springer Spaniel. She had some matting on her ears and needed a short, summer haircut. Plus, her breath smells so much better! She often gets nervous at groomers, and they took good care of her!

I HATE wasting money. This place is like the K-Mart of grooming services. You think you're getting a good deal but will end up paying more than in the end because their services are absolutely the bare minimum. I could have hosed down my dog in the backyard for free and it would have been a better deal. To top that their services is bad. See the condescending answer to this review below. Their app also sucks, and they are violating the FTC's Click-to-Cancel policy by not allowing you to cancel your membership online.

The folks at Scenthound Circle C are great! They took really good care of my two German Shepherd mix goofballs. They came out squeaky clean and looking like a million bucks. The people here really care about the fur-babies health and well-being. Definitely recommend! p.s. Don't let their photo deceive you, they're just having an after-bath nap.

He looked great and I love that he didn’t have to stay 1/2 day in a kennel! However, the price I was quoted on the phone was quite a bit less than what I was charged. And honestly, it took an hour for my dog and I felt the charge was very high!!! $138 - not sure I’ll be back, truly just due to cost - I’ve used others that were $30-40 less…..same result.

Did not find great value with the price. Our dog was done in about 10 min, and came out soaking wet. We were advised that we needed the blow dry but that’s a lot more expensive and we had the membership that is supposed to have the "essentials". My car ended up very wet and when I tried to remedy this with the staff they were very quick to cancel my membership. Based on these reviews they might come back and say otherwise but personally I would not go back.

If you're going for routine hygiene they appear to be fine but please do not make the mistake of taking your furry friend with an undercoat here. Their groomer (Rachel) is either inexperienced or there was a miscommunication. After dropping our Aussie there and saying he needs a short trim, our boy was completely shaved. If you know anything about Aussies you know you're not supposed to shave them. They have an undercoat that should not be touched as it helps them regulate themselves and if shaved, it will never grow back the same. Extremely disappointed in how the management has dealt with this as well. Yes I was that Karen that asked for the Manager's contact details but I was told they would contact me on Monday and they do not give out the contact details. Fast forward to days later, I have not seen or heard anything from the store about why the miscommunication happened and what steps would be taken to rectify it. Safe to say I won't be returning.
