I first moved to the Austin area last year and was looking to get back into the gentle art as I took a long hiatus from training. John’s Gym welcomed me with open arms and offer a variety of options for anyone of any stage in training. It is also nice and convenient that you are able to train at any of the three locations without additional fees.
I would strongly recommend their gym to anyone looking to pursue or continue training in BJJ as well as their other sports offered!

My son has been training at John’s Gym for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We initially enrolled him to help him with his focus and discipline, but the benefits have extended far beyond that.
One of the most surprising and beneficial outcomes of his training has been how boxing has helped his baseball game. The footwork, hand-eye coordination, and rotational power he’s developed in boxing class have translated directly to the baseball field. His swing has become more powerful and his throws are more accurate. It’s truly amazing to see the crossover benefits.
The coaches at John’s Gym are fantastic. They are patient, knowledgeable, and create a positive and encouraging environment for all the students. Shout out to Kylie too, who was patient getting us signed up and super communicative. 😉
I highly recommend John’s Gym to anyone looking for a top-notch mixed martial arts and especially, boxing for kids.

I first went to John’s Gym on suggestion from a work acquaintance. I found the gym especially awesome! I find the instructors and fellow teammates encouraging and engaging. I found training in the stand-up striking arts of Boxing and Muay Thai increased my physical conditioning, striking skill, confidence and improved my focus and concentration. From time to time I also worked in some BJJ. The BJJ instructors are accomplished and the more experienced teammates provide timely and critical instructions. I am NOT a younger dude and enjoyed training with men and women of all ages (kids have their own times and events separate from the adults). Each person is treated with respect and provided with tons of opportunity to improve technique and skill level. I recommend John’s Gym to EVERYONE. You will improve your physical and mental conditioning and gather some confidence and hands on experience in the fighting arts!

I joined John’s Gym two years ago with zero experience in Jiu Jitsu. From that day forward I’ve never even considered going anywhere else.
John’s gym is always clean, has a great vibe, and the instructors are excellent! Both the guys and girls who train here are friendly, respectful, and whether you’re a black belt or first day white belt they will make you feel welcome. There are no egos/drama—just a great community where everyone is here to learn, get a workout, and have fun.
The owners, Kylie and James are some of the best people you’ll ever meet. We are a few weeks away from our first baby and I can’t wait to get her training with James who runs the kids classes. I’ve talked to him quite a bit and you can tell he loves teaching the kids and going to the competitions. Can’t wait for that!
I can’t recommend John’s Gym enough—it’s more than just a gym, it’s a community and one I plan to be a part of for a very long time! 10/10!

I’ve been training at this MMA gym for years, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The coaching is truly top-tier—every coach is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in helping each student improve. The technique taught here is outstanding, whether you’re training for fitness, self-defense, or competition.
What really sets this gym apart is the diverse and welcoming community. You’ll find people from all walks of life—different backgrounds, skill levels, and goals—who come together to train, learn, and push each other in a positive and respectful environment. It’s a place where you can grow both physically and mentally, and where the culture of hard work and mutual support is real.
If you’re looking for an MMA gym with world-class coaching, high-level technique, and a great team atmosphere, this is the place.

Before I left for my procedure, I actually enjoyed my time at Johns gym executing different techniques from body blows to jabs. Still have hopes of returning if we relocate back to the Austin area. Kylie took the time to inform you of the different programs they offer there to assist in your choice.Thank you….. Coach Ernesto and the boxing team were Great! Even though they taught group work, workout training, and exercise, they saved space to allow you time in the ring for a few bouts of sparring. Absolutely Amazing! Thanks for the experience. I’m really hoping for a return. ~Take Care!

Incredible room with, not only tough training partners but smiles all around once training is over. I really felt like this group of practitioners wanted to be there, to learn, and to push themselves. The instructional portion was very informative and palatable as well. 10/10 recommend if you live in the Austin area.

I had a friend recommend this academy to me. This academy is a great academy if you like me are fairly new to the world of BJJ. The technique and instruction time is great, and the coaches walk around while drilling to make sure we really understand. Extended live rounds at the end of each class mean not only a good workout but lots of time putting into practice your overall game plan, both from a self defense and a sport Jiu Jitsu perspective. Lastly, the higher belts are all super friendly. Granted, as a beginner, you’ll still get smashed (there’s no avoiding that really), but their goal is not to punish. They let you work in the various positions you find yourself in, and rolling with the black belts led to some bonus instruction and feedback directly relevant to my “style”. Overall I would recommend this academy to anyone in the Austin area.

I traveled to Austin for work and wanted to drop in to Paragon for a class. I emailed them, and Laura was very pleasant and gave me all their class info. They have clean loaner gis too, which is a huge plus! The Monday evening class was pretty big with a good variety of both men and women of all belt colors. All the students were extremely nice and welcoming. All in all a very clean and safe training environment. Slight downside is that there was no AC (just a bunch of fans) in like 98 degree weather in the summer… I was not used to that Texas heat! I would love to drop by again if work takes me back to Austin again.

I love this Academy. I moved to Austin and was really nervous about finding a Jiu-Jitsu school, but knew immediately after my first class that this was the place. Everyone was so welcoming and there are tons of other women to train with. I recommend it to anyone interested in starting Jiu-Jitsu. Coach Corey is awesome and very detail oriented.

I dropped in while on a business trip. Laura was very welcoming on the phone and at the front desk. Jose was very helpful and welcoming as well. What I really appreciated was the vibe. As a white belt, I had a couple purple belt students offer to drill with me. They were most helpful and patient, even teaching me some nuances that I would have otherwise missed. The gym is clean and the class was well attended. I will definitely be back and definitely recommend Paragon Austin.

I dropped in for a class at Paragon BJJ while in town for work- the staff were incredibly kind and professional when I emailed to ask about stopping by and when I first arrived. I truly appreciate the life lessons woven into the mental and physical training that Sensei Deven provides.
He has a remarkable ability to recognize each child’s unique needs and addresses them with the same respect and care he teaches the students to show others.
The classes reinforce the values I want my son to carry into his everyday life—how he interacts with his environment, his peers, and himself. Each lesson emphasizes balance, awareness, and perspective, creating growth both on and off the mat.

We’ve been part of Life Ki-do for over 3 years now, and it has been such an amazing experience for our family. Even after moving to Lakeway, we still make the drive to Westlake just to train with Sensei Deven. He is incredibly empowering, kind, and patient with kids of all ages. His teaching style balances discipline with encouragement, and he has a gift for connecting with children in a way that builds both confidence and character. Life Ki-do is so much more than a martial arts program—it’s a community that nurtures respect, resilience, and joy in learning. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Lifekido has been an amazing part of our lives for years now. The emphasis on kindness and finding your river, self awareness, checking in with your partner and learning martial arts skills in a kind and cooperative manner has been a transformative experience for my child and my family. Sensei Devin, sensei Johnathan, sempai Sara, and Sensei Doug are some of the kindest most compassionate people one could ever meet and they are skilled martial arts instructors and child educators. The social and executive functioning skills they give to kids along with an ability to check in with themselves and speak up and listen to each other are truly valuable skills you can’t find in many other places

We love Life Ki-Do! My 5 year old daughter loves going to class each week and had the best time at the two camp sessions that she attended. She adores all of the senseis she has interacted with and I am so grateful to each of them. They all have immense patience and make class meaningful and fun. We tried a free class and there was no pressure, just an FYI if you’re on the fence about checking it out. I can’t recommend Life Ki-Do enough!

As martial arts school owners ourselves, my husband and I are both very hesitant—and admittedly extremely picky—about where we bring our children for training. Finding a place where our son (who is on the spectrum) feels comfortable, supported, and not overwhelmed is no easy task.
From the moment we walked into Life Ki-do, we were greeted with kindness, patience, and a calm energy that immediately set the tone. Sensei Doug has been absolutely wonderful—our son thinks he is awesome—and the level of positive reinforcement and encouragement he has received has made such a difference.
It is rare to find a program that truly accepts children where they are and helps them grow with confidence. Lifekido has created that safe space, and we are so thankful to have found it. The impact they are making in children’s lives is profound, and we are deeply grateful.
10 out of 10—highly recommended!

There aren’t enough words to say how special of a place we think Life-Kido is! We have had the honor to get to know Sensei Deven over the past year and we feel so lucky! He has a magical way of connecting with kids – instilling positive core values and teaching mind/ body connection in a way that really resonates with them.
My 4, now 5 year old son LOVES his classes and now has a dream of becoming a black belt just like him one day. I have noticed my son’s self confidence, self awareness, respect for himself and others grow since starting his class…All while having fun and learning valuable physical skills that will benefit him throughout is life.
Being my son’s favorite activity, we just had his 5th birthday party there today (sparking the action to leave this review). It was awesome! Everyone had the best time ever!! Sensei Deven made them an epic obstacle course and taught them how to use nunchucks and ninja star throwing .. they had the BEST time. We 100% recommend having a Life-Kido ninja training birthday party! The boys and girls couldn’t get enough!! And.. Austin’s Pizza is in the same parking lot, with a huge patio and great enclosed playscape… it was the perfect day
I cannot think of a single negative thing to say. Great experience every single time! If you’re hesitating giving it a try…GO, you won’t regret it!

We celebrated our son’s 7th birthday party at Life Ki-do this weekend and we can’t say enough about how fun and unique it was! Our son and his group of friends had such a blast on the ninja obstacle course and activities that Sensei Deven took them thru. They were also able to include our almost 3 year old son and he was thrilled. We are planning on having our son start classes here soon!

I’ve been a student of tai chi for a little bit over a year at Master Gohring’s and can’t express my gratitude and appreciation for the amazing job he and his instructors give on a daily basis. I’m a plus-sized person who has never really loved exercise (beyond walking) and who has had really discouraging experiences at gyms, so I was feeling pretty nervous when I enrolled my 9-year-old daughter and I in the Family Class at Master Gohring’s. However, I’ve felt welcome there since the minute I inquired with Head Instructor Durkin about classes. So far, the class is challenging without being daunting, and my instructor is encouraging. My daughter and I look forward to class, and find it easy to rally to go even on days when we’re feeling tired. I love the way Kung Fu engages my body and my brain at the same time.
The above review was from 2022, so here’s the 2025 update: My daughter and I are still students here – now in the Advanced class – and we still love it.

I started tai chi at Master Gohring’s over a year ago. Initially I went to destress, and tai chi was very effective. The dojo has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the instructors are amazing, and the practice gives you techniques to center, ground and calm during your everyday life. Master Gohring’s Tai Chi program has far exceeded my expectations – and I expected a great program! Sr. Head Instructor Durkin is an excellent teacher who communicates clearly and can meet students on whatever level they need to improve. We had the best birthday party there for our 5 year old. The kids and their parents had a blast. Parents reported back that their kids keep talking about it and it sparked Kung Fu in them. It’s just like what they mention on their website that you’ll only bring cake. Yep, they are right! Just bring a cake! Master Gohring team was there helping you with everything! Great team! Ps.Thank you for a memorable birthday party for our child.

We love MACA! My daughter has been attending for about a month now, and she absolutely loves it. After her very first trial class, my daughter couldn’t wait to go back. Coach Manny and Coach Caoilainn are fantastic they’re not only skilled and professional, but also incredibly encouraging and great with kids.
What I appreciate most is that MACA goes beyond just teaching Jiu-Jitsu. They place a strong emphasis on values like self-discipline, confidence, and respect, which has made a noticeable difference in my daughter both on and off the mat. It’s clear that the coaches care deeply about the development of each student, and that makes all the difference. I highly recommend MACA!

We absolutely love this martial arts gym! What started with just one of our sons attending has grown into a full family experience—now both of our boys are enrolled, and even Dad has joined in! The coaches here are incredible role models. Our boys have so much respect for them.
As parents, we appreciate that the training goes beyond just self-defense. The gym emphasizes important life values through the “word of the month”, teaching mindfulness, discipline, and character development in a way that sticks with the kids both inside and outside the gym.
We’ve seen such a positive impact in our boys’ confidence, focus, and behavior at home and at school. We couldn’t recommend this place more—it’s truly a gem for families looking for more than just a martial arts class.

I have searched the area over for martial arts classes for my kids. I’ve never met people like Coach Manny and Coach Caoiliann. I have always sought for a gym who will not only train my kids in martial arts but more importantly on character development. These coaches are the perfect balance of serious when it’s time to be serious and FUNNNNN when it’s time to be fun. Both coaches have a certain glow to them that you’ll experience the first time you’re around either one of them!

What can I say, MACA is amazing!
My son is only 5 and we struggled to find a martial arts (specifically, Jiu Jitsu) that felt like home. Many of the other spots we checked out were stale feeling or just a place that wanted our business regardless of if we felt a sense of belonging or value. MACA immediately came across as something different. The owners/coaches, Manny and Caoilainn, are knowledgeable and friendly, we instantly felt like family; they treat my son as if he were their own. It’s now been a few months and we couldn’t be happier.
Additionally, the number of weekly classes was important. They offer daily classes as part of the membership. You can come as many times as you want, rather than nearly every other place who only had one or two days; if you missed one, you were really in a bad spot. That didn’t sit well me us and MACA clearly knows that’s not the way you do it. Classes everyday was an huge selling point. Again, so much value.
There are so many other positive things I can say and literally zero negatives. I’m just a guy who was trying to get his son into basic martial arts, and instead I found my son a martial arts family. Thanks MACA, and here’s to many great years ahead!

Wow, so impressed. My daughter started taking her little boy to train under Coach Manny and Coach Caoilainn a couple of months back and he absolutely loves it. This past weekend he wanted to watch some of his teammates and coaches in actual competition and I was able to take him. It was awesome. The love and discipline the coaches instill in the kids was evident at match time, and the respect returned to Coach M and Coach C from them was visible by their eye contact and instruction-following even while immersed in battle! I briefly experienced Jiu Jitsu myself many years ago before getting sidelined with unrelated health issues, but this team actually has me thinking about getting back onto the gym floor in my 60s. Again…wow. Keep it up, guys.

Cannot say enough good things about this gym, the coaches, and the community. My sons, ages 10 and 12, have trained in the youth program for the last 5 months and gained so much strength in addition to the fun they’ve had with Coaches Johnny and Dylan. I’m grateful for the women’s community class that has allowed me to start training and get to know others. There are competitive fighters and others like me who train for fun; we all take the hard work seriously and like to have fun with it, too. I definitely recommend this gym!

My Son has been attending Black widow MMA over a year now. We were introduced by his school, He went once a week but we wanted him to be consistent and so we started attending after school M-F. Which he absolutely loves! I’ve seen increase his confidence . & Coach Jhonny is like a father figure to the kids. He’s supportive & also hard on the kids when they need it. 10000/10.

Betsabe is one of the sweetest people ever. I’m a UT student and she has graciously allowed me to train there on the off-season when school isn’t in session. I constantly share this gym because of its training and different styles. I’m a big fan of Jiu Jitsu and love Taza‘s class. I also like improving, my striking which Isn’t always my priority, but it’s amazing to see the welcoming culture and great people and partners there are to train with their. I will continue to go to Black widow because their culture is unmatched. If you have any questions or want any recommendations, feel free to text me at GabeSellsATX on Instagram. I couldn’t recommend this enough

I started training at Black Widow in January of 2024. I’ve been to multiple MMA gyms, and this is by far my favorite. It is the perfect gym for beginners new to martial arts because the community and environment are very approachable. Fellow students and coaches will take time to answer questions and help new members. At the same time, the gym has very experienced and talented athletes. The coaches are phenomenal and masters of their craft. I’ve never had a negative experience nor met an unkind person at Black Widow. Everyone from the students to the coaches are passionate, patient, and kind-hearted. I can say that from its world-class coaching to its amazing sense of community, Black Widow has changed my life for the better. The value you are getting is worth every penny. If you’re new to martial arts, this is the place to be. If you’re experienced looking to sharpen your skills, this is the place to be!!

Black Widow has been a game changer for me. Not only have I lost 15 pounds and improved my balance, but I’ve also made some real friends along the way. The community here is tight, welcoming, and full of good energy.
I love that this gym is local and not part of a big corporate chain. The owner is super cool and down-to-earth — you can tell they really care about the people, not just the business. My cousin Johnny is one of the instructors, and he’s amazing with everyone, from beginners to seasoned fighters.
If you’re thinking about joining, don’t wait. Come try a class — you’ll see what I mean.
See y’all in class!

I’ve been attending this gym since May of 2023–I never anticipated being as engrained as I am today. This is a great place to begin, continue, and advance your martial arts practice. All of the coaches are approachable and dedicated to making the athletes better. The gym has a great culture centered around camaraderie and dedication. I primarily train no gi jiu jitsu here and having access to the New Wave members as coaches has been an incredible asset to my practice. Taza is a national treasure and it’s been a blessing to be able to learn from him. Dom, Reese, and Jae have supplemented well offering different perspectives and theories to round out our games. Johnny (our MMA coach and athlete) provides a great role model to the kids and is a genuine down to earth person. Betsabe (the owner) puts a lot of time and attention to the gym and it shows with the turnout we see on a weekly basis. I love the gym I train at and would recommend to anyone looking to explore martial arts.

If anyone is looking for a great atmosphere and kick ass team, hands down, Black Widow is it!!

My 5-year-old son, Leo, has been attending US Taekwondo for over a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From day one, the environment has been welcoming and supportive. Miss Shalene and Master Locket are exceptional instructors who are not only skilled in their craft but also incredibly patient and encouraging with the kids. Leo absolutely loves going to class, and we have seen tremendous growth in his confidence, discipline, and physical abilities. US Taekwondo has been a fantastic choice for our family, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great martial arts school.

If you want your child to be trained in martial arts (and in life), this is the place. Master Lockett is a family man, a 6th degree black belt, and a leader not only in the dojang, but in the community. My son has earned a 2nd degree black belt under Master Lockett’s leadership. My son continues to train as a student, and now he trains as a leader, too. For advanced students, Master Lockett has a path to leadership, building a fantastic team of experts and contributing to the global positive impact for the practice of Taekwondo. He’s created a special place, a gem in our community. Take a few classes and see. (Photos are of a showcase and tournament organized at a local elementary school.)

My 9-yo great nephew has been taking lessons at US Taekwondo since Oct ’24. It’s the one thing he really looks forward to and gives him a sense of accomplishment. He just earned his yellow belt this week and he’s calling all of his family members to tell them. He’s so excited!

US Taekwondo is an excellent experience. I enrolled my son a year ago, and he was instantly engaged and passionate.
Master Lockett has the heart of a teacher and easily aligns his instruction to the student’s level. Miss Shalene really helped my daughter open up; she fell behind and wanted to quit, but Shalene listened to her, coached her, and now my daughter is engaged and laughs with her fellow students again!

It’s long overdue (7 years lol), but I wanted to share our heartfelt appreciation for Austin Karate Academy (AKA). Mater Dave Mukherjee has created a unique, family-friendly approach that has made a lasting impact on our family. Seven years ago, our daughter with autism started her journey at AKA, and their incredible accommodation and support have been instrumental in her success. Today, she’s a proud black belt!
AKA’s environment is unmatched—supportive, structured, and disciplined. Their instructors foster a strong sense of community, nurturing each student’s potential. We’ve witnessed our daughter’s remarkable growth in confidence, character, and resilience, which was greatly influenced by her training.
If you’re looking for martial arts training that positively transforms lives, look no further than AKA. Thank you, AKA, for making a difference in our daughter’s life.

Austin Karate Academy is great! Our daughter joined over a year ago and we have seen her become more focused, disciplined, respectful and goal-oriented. The environment that Master Dave and the other instructors have created here is great for kids to enjoy and grow in the martial arts. There is a good balance between hand-holding (which some children need more than others) and creating expectations for all students that “they” be responsible for listening, following directions and their actions overall. He stresses the importance of character, self-reflection and respect (for parents and adults in general). Our daughter LOVES AKA and we (parents) are more than pleased with this school and the AKA community. Thank you Master Dave

My kid(Pranav) is been attending AKA for the past one year and his favourite teacher is Mr.Dev sir.
He loved the classes since the first day of joining the classes itself and shows most of the moves whatever he learned in the class immediately whenever I ask him.Generally he doesn’t respond very fast for the other classes.
Finally I would like to share a big change which I noticed in my kid is his behaviour in talking to people and listening to them and listening to me as well and discipline.
I really say big thanks for the support and encouragement giving for all the kids.

The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated, consistently going to extra mile to ensure that every student understands and masters the techniques. All students, regardless of their skill level or experience, are made to feel welcome and valued.

My daughters and I did the Warrior Women’s class and it was awesome! Amie, the owner and trainer I believe, is very kind. She does a great job of explaining the movements and how they should feel so you’re getting the most out of the lesson. We took a class here maybe a year ago and I remember it being just as good. I left feeling more empowered today. Definitely recommend!

We asked Aimee and her colleagues to come to our corporate campus up north for two self-defenses courses in honor of Women’s History Month. Aimee and her colleagues were FANTASTIC, engaging, and energetic. Everyone walked away buzzing from these events and we already have demand to host them again. Aimee was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to inviting her and her team back to our campus in the future!

This place is awesome! They specialize in the Isrealy Army’s martial art, Krav Maga. They also put some fitness emphasis on it too. They have classes for ages 4 – adult. My 8 year old son has been going twice a week for about 6 months now, and he loves it! I notice a huge difference after about a month in. His hand/eye coordination has greatly improved, and he has a lot more confidence! We will be enrolling my 4 year old this year. If I can free up some time, I’m going to start too.

Frequently Asked Questions about Martial Arts Centers in Austin
What types of martial arts are commonly taught in Austin?
Austin martial arts centers offer a wide variety of disciplines. You're likely to find schools specializing in traditional styles such as Taekwondo, Karate, Aikido, and Kung Fu. There are also centers focusing on modern or hybrid martial arts, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). The best choice depends on your personal goals and interests.
What age groups are typically catered to?
Most martial arts centers in Austin cater to a broad range of ages. Many offer programs specifically designed for children, focusing on discipline, respect, and self-confidence. Teen and adult classes are also common, with some centers offering family classes that allow parents and children to train together. It's important to inquire about the specific age ranges and program structures offered before enrolling.
How much do martial arts classes typically cost?
The cost of martial arts classes in Austin can vary widely depending on the style of martial art, the center’s reputation, and the frequency of classes. Monthly memberships generally range from $100 to $300 or more. Some centers offer introductory packages or trial classes at a reduced rate. Be sure to compare prices and consider what's included in the membership fee, such as uniforms or equipment.
What should I expect during my first class?
Your first class is typically an introductory session. Expect to receive an overview of the martial art’s philosophy and basic techniques. You'll likely participate in warm-up exercises and demonstrations. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and observe the instructor and other students. Remember to wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. It’s also a good idea to arrive a bit early to complete any necessary paperwork.
What are the benefits of martial arts training?
Martial arts training offers a wealth of benefits beyond just self-defense. These include improved physical fitness (strength, endurance, flexibility), increased self-confidence, enhanced discipline and focus, and improved coordination. It can also provide a great sense of community and belonging. Many find it to be a stress-relieving activity.
Do I need any special equipment to start?
The equipment requirements vary depending on the martial art. Some styles, like Taekwondo, might only require basic athletic wear and athletic shoes initially. Others, particularly those involving grappling like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, will require a gi (uniform). The center will usually provide information about required equipment when you inquire about classes. Many centers sell equipment onsite.
What is the difference between a dojo, a gym, and a school?
The terms are often used loosely, but they generally have slightly different connotations. A dojo is traditionally a place for martial arts training, often associated with Japanese martial arts. A gym usually focuses on general fitness. A school is a more encompassing term, referring to any center offering martial arts instruction. Many centers might adopt a combination of these terms to describe their environment.
How important is instructor certification?
While not always legally required, it’s a good indicator of an instructor’s knowledge and experience. Certified instructors have typically undergone rigorous training and testing to demonstrate their competence. Look for instructors affiliated with reputable martial arts organizations. This demonstrates a commitment to standards.
What safety precautions should I be aware of?
Reputable martial arts centers prioritize student safety. They should have qualified instructors, proper training equipment, and a clear safety protocol. Warming up adequately before class, following instructor’s instructions carefully, and respecting your training partners are crucial. Always communicate any physical limitations beforehand.
Can I try a class before committing to a membership?
Most martial arts centers in Austin offer a trial class or introductory program that allows you to experience the class before committing to a full membership. This is a great opportunity to assess the instructor’s teaching style, the center’s environment, and whether the martial art is a good fit for you. Don't hesitate to take advantage of these introductory offers.
