Lovely meal prep is fantastic. The meals are clean, the food is delish and I feel confident about the accuracy and convince of the macro breakdown. Ordering and pickup were super easy and I love that my husband and I can order different sized portions. Tonight’s verse bell peppers were so yummy. I’m looking forward to the rest of the week.

I ❤️ Lovely Meal prep! This is the best premade meal service I have ever used, and I’ve used at least three other very well known meal services. Her food is fresh, clean and delicious! My family especially loves the energy bites as a mid day pick me up, a tiny breakfast if you just want something in your tummy before taking supplements, or a little something sweet after a meal. I love that the macros/calories etc are all included on each meal and that you are able to semi-customize your meals, which was never an option for other meal services. Give it a try, you wont regret it!!

Korynn is an amazing coach and nutritionist. Before meeting her, I considered myself a healthy eater but having a plan for my body made a difference. It’s nice talking with another working mom who is understanding and never shows judgment. Her encouragement and positivity have helped me to focus on my goals.
