Did not expect the amazing experience we had, it was awesome!! The band was great, venue perfect!! Everyone was so friendly and the waitstaff top notch!!! Drinks strong, very intimate place to see the bands. Be prepared to find nearby parking!

Best spot in town Thursday night for a gr8 female led, supergroup called PAACK, 6-8pm ! Must get there early before or by 5pm to even think about a seat. Outdoor covered patio w misters and tvs, (if you can't find indoor seating.) Outside a Chicago themed food truck, Wrigleyville has decent Chicago dogs and beef, parking is very limited. So if you do ride hare services you may consider it unless you get there super early or between sets. *Read signs so you don't get towed parking nearby. -photos by Wendy B.

One of the few Austin legends still left. Outstanding experience. The weight staff does a great job of juggling a very small space and keeping everyone served well. Really good food truck outside too! Got to hear Dave Scher here, which is always a treat.

One of the best places to hear good music ... sound systems Great.! The staff is great.!! When you pick a band that you like or one that you don't know, it turns out to be great, lots of fun, it's a great place to listen and sometimes even inter mingle with some of the artist....

Finally, after never visiting the Saxon pub when I lived in Texas, I was able to catch two shows while I was in town. Checked off a bucket list item by seeing Bob Schneider at the Saxon pub but also getting to see Walt Wilkins again after 20 some years was the bonus. Fantastic experience, fantastic music, and fantastic staff. Gonna be back.
